There are lots of good things to say about this commercial grade 10x10 canopy. First, I was impressed by the packaging - heavy box, sufficient straps, plastic wrapped - all the sturdiness needed to have this arrive in excellent shape. So, I was very suprised to see the storage bag ripped. However, I contacted the seller and they stood with their warranty and I received a replacement bag. The seller was excellent in their communication regarding shipment of the replacement bag. The framing and canopy both are very sturdy and I like the overall height of this canopy ... higher than many I looked at. This canopy definitely takes 2 people to set-up/take-down, so plan accordingly. Yes, it is heavy to transport but the wheeled storage bag seems to be constructed strong enough to handle that over time. If you need a durable, heavy-duty pop-up canopy with a great storage bag, this is the one!

Bought for a farmers market stall. This canopy fits the bill and resists damage to the supports and canopy by wind. Be aware: to be this sturdy, the frame is heavy. Its packs into its wheeled case easily and is not difficult to pull . Needs a strong person to get it into my van

Easy to setup, good quality canopy material, great framework structural design, nice powder coated finish, but the legs seem flimsy after setup, and I already broke one of the leg extension release lever springs (still usable but a little harder to engage without the spring). Based on my intended use (occasional rain/sun canopy while RV camping) I think it is more than sufficient, but if I were a street vendor setting up on weekends at farmers markets and such, I would look for one a little heavier on the structural side with metal connectors and heavier legwork.

I paid Full Price, and I received a USED frame. I contacted Amazon and they were gratefully willing to exchange it right away. But the Hassle for me to Haul it to Return it is simply not worth it. I contacted Seller and Seller wouldn't do anything. Just told me to contact amazon to return it. So, I thought to myself that since it is usable, I won't go through the hassle to return it and keep the canopy the way it is. The Foots had scratches and marking showing that it has been used before, as seen on photos. The ENTIRE frame has dust on it and Raindrop marking on it. The Bag inside has some sort of debris. The Carry bag exterior shows a lot of usage signs. All I was asking for is a small credit back to make it up that I paid for a new one but received a used one to prevent the return hassle. But NOPE. I decided to keep the canopy the way it is. I'll just never order or buy a Master Canopy Brand anymore. I just simply do not trust the brand anymore as they are selling used items and advertising as NEW. I was very disappointed. Other than that, the canopy is very sturdy and I am happy with the tent. I am just unhappy about the service I was provided and that I paid full price for a new one but receive a used one. I could just order a used one on Ebay for a great deal. I will not say DO NOT BUY IT. But I will warn you that there are other buyers on reviews saying similar things too. So that means you will not get what you actually PAID for. I'm not sure why Such good reputation AMAZON will allow such a thing.
