I've only set it up twice and used it for the first time at a 2 day event but I love it! I had an EZ up and Euromax beside me and as the wind blew their tents were moving in every direction. This tent stood like a ROCK! Easy to set up, and I love the awning, we used it on the back to sit under but at some events, I may turn it around for the customers. No holes, it is heavier than I'm used to but to me, that means it's more quality built. The only thing that worries me about it is when I set it up the canopy it would not go over the frame when fully extended so I had to bring it in put the canopy on and then fully extend it back out and it made some creaks. Again not a deal breaker, probably part of the reason it doesn't move much in the wind!!! Otherwise, great purchase, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!!!!!!

I got this iteam for a event thinking it was just a normal event tent it was more than that its strong and easy to set up and we had the best looking tent on the block for the event every one was asking where did you get such a great tent

Love this canopy, was disappointed when we received it because it was missing the side walls. However after contacting the company they were eventually able to send out a parcel from no where else but China which took a while. To be fair most things Take forever to ship internationally. The only other thing I was disappointed about was that one whole pole had no holes in the leg to set the height. I had to drill those my self. Luckily I have the tools and skill to preform this task. Thus I did not complain about that issue. Overall I am happy.

It broke the second time I used it. There was some wind, not enough we should have had cause for concern; we've been fine with other canopies through much worse. Every vendor around us was perfectly fine, their canopies were barely moving, but this canopy was shaking to the point that one of the legs finally bent. This was advertised as for commercial use, and it had aspects I liked, but to break on the second use is unacceptable.

I used this for the very first time today and was so disappointed that the bottom of the carry case is already riddled with holes. I wheeled it probably 100 feet total. Such a huge bummer because the tent itself is really nice. My other complaint is that it seems unnecessarily heavy.

I've had a tent with an awning for 8 years. I loved this tent. People always asked where I got it because they loved the awning. I repaired it when screws came loose but the canvas is beyond repair so I went looking for a replacement. I used this for the first time this week and love the easy ability to open this tent. It feels stronger than my original . Here are my cons The legs open to 1 height only. You can close the lock but it does click into 3 optional heights like most pop ups. Second, the awning has mesh in it so when it rains, the water comes through. WHATS THE POINT OF AN AWNING IF IT HAS MESH? The old awning used to have 3 straps that clasp on to the cross bar to keep it in place. The New design looks like it won't last. . The mesh in the awning really stops me from giving the last star
