Have only had for one week but has endured July's blistering sun and a down pour of rain. We remained comfortable while in the gazebo for both. Two other tents we had collapsed in the rain, this one was untouched. I deducted one star for the poor instructions that came with gazebo. We figured it out and it was fairly easy to figure out. Have this on a raised deck. Attached to railings. It has been through a few windy rain storms. One had very high winds. It held up remarkably good. Would definitely buy agin.

The frame and netting are fairly nice for what you get and the price point. The canopy itself is a little on the thin side for my taste but again.. the price point reflects that. I had a major storm come through about a week after I put this up and it held up BUT I'm pretty sure that is due to the frame AND the fact that I sprayed it with waterproofing and had purchased and installed leg weights on the pop-up. Be sure to do these two things and you should be fine. My only true disappointment is that Master Canopy does not offer a replacement canopy for sale on Amazon. I truly hope they remedy that. If buying for a booth or camping I definitely recommend. Comes with stakes and carrying case as well as clips for the netting. ... show more

Very difficult to set up. You will need at least 2, maybe 3, people to set-up. It was only my wife and me (both handicapped) and we couldn't get the frame fully opened and had to return it.

It’s a great pop up gazebo. The material is a little thin and feels like it will tear easily. I hope that’s not the case, only time will tell. Otherwise it’s as expected. It comes with anchors and rope to help keep it in place so that was nice.

It takes two to organize and complete this set up, but it went up without a problem. Definitely recommend also getting the 25lb sandbags, we bought sand at our Ace Hardware. The price was right for this seasonal temporary tent gazebo.

Though yes, it seems to be made of a high quality heavy duty material (I've only had one opportunity to use so far), the directions for construction are Exceptionally vague & almost impossible to understand in relation to getting the canopies installed correctly! Definitely, at minimum a two to four person project! Has some neat breath hole engineering in the canopy to allow better receptiveness & draining durability to rain! Once assembled two folks can pretty easily breakdown for storage! ... show more
