I purchased the MASTERCANOPY Heavy Duty Pop-up Canopy Tent with Sidewalls (10x10, White) expecting a sturdy and reliable product. Unfortunately, its durability has been a letdown. The material used is inferior and cannot withstand strong winds, making it unsuitable for coastal areas. If you live near the beach, I would strongly advise against this product. While it may suffice for calm, inland areas, its performance in windy conditions is unacceptable. The manufacturer should consider improving the quality of materials and design to make it more resilient. Unless you're in a completely wind-protected area, I would not recommend this product.

Overall, the product is exactly as pictured and was easy to assemble. The side walls are the correct size and fit fine; tent bag is sturdy quality; walls and canopy materials feels easy to clean. **One of the fasteners fell out when sliding it out of the bag; couldn't find the nut to screw it back in, but that's not a huge deal. We did have to tighten about half of the fasteners on the top of the tent structure before opening out. ***I went ahead and gave the 5 stars instead of 4 because it's totally possibly that it was simply a loose fastener and probably not indicative of an entirely faulty tent. I'm looking forward to using it this fall!

UPDATE: I chose this canopy because Master Canopy has a great reputation and they lived up to it. They contacted me and replaced my defective canopy. They definitely stand by their products and I will remain a custody because of that. After almost a year of use..here is my opinion...... I'm an experienced vendor not new to these canopies..the clips broke within the first few uses and now it is leaking! Not even a year old!! Buyer beware!

Over all it’s a good frame and fabric. I think mine is missing the clips that hold the 4 posts up. I could sub in some bolts, but it’s not right. I’ve tried to contact mastercanopy and have had no response. I want to keep it if they would send me the clips. Otherwise I’ll exchange it, but don’t want that hassle I’ll update this review as needed. 7/13/24 I returned and received the new one yesterday evening. I was setting it up today and it too is missing the upper clips. I found video's of this canopy that had these clips... because i thot i was doign something incorrectly. unfortunately, ill be returning this unit and search a different mfg'er... from the USA! Good luck to you and any recommendations are appreciated. Aug4 update: still no refund from mfger. They would promise a refund date, and when that date arrived, they extended the refund date 1 more week. They did that twice. I called Amazon customer service and they got involved. Amazon said I should have my refund in a few days. Two days later I’m patiently waiting. Aug14 - another call to Amazon a few days ago. What prompted my call was the information on my return said the issuance was not anle to go through. So I called Amazon. Call was escalated. New person got on the phone looked at all the notes and said your refund will be in your account in a few days. Sorry for your inconvenience. Thanks Amazon! Still mastercanopy was no help at all. I still will hunt for a new tent canopy or maybe buy used from marketplace L O L.

This was easy to set up and arrived in great condition, as promised on time. Well made and very happy to have for vendor events as well as parties in the backyard. It took about 20 minutes for me to set up and with another helper it would have probably been about 10 minutes. Great storage bag with handles, too!

After a farmers market season of subpar tents we finally ordered this one. It arrived a few days after the original date promised but I feel it was well worth the wait and I would do it again. This tent pops up easily with one person (if you know what you're doing) and the material is tough. The side panels are sturdy and attach easily to this tent. The bag is also quality and securely wraps the tent up and out of the way. You have to attach the wheels to the tent bag yourself but that takes no time at all. After the 5 tents we've gone through this season this is a welcome relief. (We have not been particularly hard on the tents - the just keep breaking.) I wish we had started with this one! Definitely top quality!

I was sure after reding the reviews that this would be the right purchase for us, it was not. After assembling the tent yesterday for a vendor event the tent proved to be flimsy. This is NOT a commercial grade tent as it implies. We had just finished setting up and the left tent pole was damaged after a wind blew. The top part of the tents adjustable leg was bent and cracked. We had to tape it so that it would stay up for the rest of the festival. I have used many tents and this tent did not seem very sturdy at all. I will be returning and going with a different brand.
