We are very happy with this gazebo. It fits both our grill and griddle turned side ways for protection from the rain. We just simply roll out the one we aren’t using to allow more space for cooking. We were concerned that it wouldn’t be sturdy enough to handle wind but we just had a pretty bad storm and it still looks perfect. My husband put it together by himself with no problems, he said it was super easy to assemble. We love the shelves on the side and the bottle opener, those are a very handy feature. This only took about 15 minutes to assemble. It is very easy to do so but I could see where two people is a bonus for making the process smoother and faster. We do not have it steaked into the ground, instead it is on a concrete slap. There is little to no wind in this area so I cannot speak to its sturdiness as far as that goes. Otherwise, it feels sturdy to me. My husband keeps the grill under it and it withstands the heat well. For reference, he has a very large grill/smoker. To be specific, he has the Old Country BBQ Pits Pecos Smoker (if you want dimensions). He hasn't used the lights, but I tested them (in daylight) and they seemed bright enough. You push them on and off. They attach via magnet so you can move them around if need be. We did not receive the assembly manual, and Amazon does not have one on hand. We assembled it on a Sunday, so the seller was closed. We were however able to find a video on YouTube and that worked just fine. Enjoy! ... show more

We actually purchased two! One to use as intended, and the other to use as a grape arbor. For the arbor, we did not use the canvas at all, and instead ziptied wire fencing in place of it for the grapevines to climb, and that is working perfectly. Plus we kept the canvas as a spare for eventual replacement on the first one. One especially nice aspect is the hardware. The screws all have turn handles attached, so you do not need any tools, and it is easy to periodically snug up the fasteners. The anchors supplied are not too practical, just being little L-shaped rods, so we substituted and used two corkscrew-type dog tieouts cabled to each side. That is much more secure. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I'm 5'4, 150 lbs and assembled this gazebo alone in about 45 mins. It was surprisingly one of the easiest things I've ever put together. The instructions were very clear and the screws were easy to use with no tool needed to tighten them. The step ladder wasn't used during assembly as it's not necessary. I was just too short to place the included magnetic lights on the highest point of the canopy where I wanted them. CON: I wish they had noted the exact size of the holes on the bottom of the legs. As you can see, I'm not keeping it on the grass and need to purchase bolts that I can drill into the concrete for sturdiness. It would have been nice to have that information available. I'm giving 4 stars because although the cover fits snug and looks nice, the fact that it just slips on the ends has me nervous about how easy it may be blown away in strong winds. If I can think of a visually appealing way to secure it to the top poles, I'll share by updating this review. ... show more

The only thing is that you definitely need two people to assemble. It took about two hours to assemble alone. The great positive is the screws can be inserted by hand no tools needed. Fits my smoker perfectly and gave me more space on deck.
