Even tho the box was damaged and there was slight damage to a foot peg, the chair is great for the cost. I'm very pleased at its functionality and its ease of use! Light weight and sturdy when set up. A bit wobbly during set up but not crazy bad. I am super happy with this! On top of that since I'm in Alaska, I had to have the chair sent to a friends and shipped aircargo. Instead of having to send it back I got a partial return on the chair for the damages! This is a great chair because it"s easy to setup, light weight and very comfortable too. I like that it was very reasonable in price and is also very sturdy as well. I would recommended this chair to anyone who is interested in buying one.

Arrived intact, pretty easy to assemble, and comes with the ability to adjust the neck rest. The only issue was the tensioner lock for the headrest did not provide enough tension as-is. I changed the washer and added a lock washer, now it holds steady. For a bargain priced chair for massages this was worth it. ... show more

Nice fit and finish with easy adjustments for the price,BUT. It is OK for me at 6'1" feet but my wife at 5'4" had trouble getting comfortable. The head ring did not go low enough or the seat did not go high enough. She found herself stretching to much to plant her face in comfortable position. If your six foot plus I'm sure you will give this a five star but and 5'4" you will give it a 1, unless you want to over stretch your body when getting a massage. ... show more

    • Arrived Defective
The threaded part that secures the chest platform will not tighten. Only now do I find out that this is not eligible for returns - even when the product is broken when it arrives. I needed this chair this week for use during recovery from eye surgery and now I won’t have it. Very disappointing.
