Dermablend knows what they're doing when it comes to camouflage type makeups. I am a former camo makeup artist and long time melasma sufferer. These drops are so pigmented and the formula is so cosmetically smooth that anyone will look great in this foundation from beginner to pro. The finish is not matte but not satin and definitely not dewy. The coverage is truly buildable though you likely won't need to and a little (a drop) goes a loooong way. I mix a well shaken drop (paramount for this formula) with Elf's halo glow and I've also mixed a drop with moisturizer, rosehip seed oil, and with nothing else and it all worked. The coverage shmears (and feels) like a light weight foundation. It blends like a dream with fingers or a brush with no streaks. Note there is not a lot of play time as it sets quickly. Once it does, it doesn't budge. I've not had any transfer onto my clothing. You must shake this before each use. One star off because the dropper sometimes drop and sometimes doesn't and had I not thrown out the boxes, I may have returned as I don't know if that is the 'norm' for this product and wonder if mine is old or more likely, IS the norm but the delivery system isn't the best for this formulation. Still I do recommend for anyone with melasma, PIHP, redness, etc.

Color: 15C : Fair skin with Cool undertones
I am 64 years old with rosacea and all the usual woes that naturally come with aging. I started using Dermablend Flawless Creator foundation in conjunction with Laura Geller Spackle - Skin Perfecting Primer, and suddenly I started receiving all these compliments! One lady asked if I had cosmetic procedures done because my skin looked so wonderful....and that was the moment I became a believer in the power of the right cosmetics. It took several tries to get the right color. Admittedly I am not a fan of the SHADE FINDER because that set me on the wrong path to shades way too light for me. If you know your undertones (Neutral, Cool, Warm) and whether you are light, medium, or dark, then you're pretty much on your way to finding the right shade without all the hooplah. Just ordered two more bottles of this Dermablend foundation and I hope they never change the formula or mess with their colors. It has been YEARS since I stumbled across something that made me feel this pretty, and I never want to let it go again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Color: 85N: Deep skin with neutral undertones
I purchased this product for help in the treatment of melasma. I am african American and post birth of my son now 1&1/2, still breastfeeding I have had persistent melasma in my smile lines. Most sunscreen on the market does not contain enough iron oxides protect against visible light, which worsens melasma and PIH in A.A skin, more than other ethnicities. Most tinted mineral sunscreens are formulated for fair skin. I am of deeper complexion and have had a hard time finding mineral sunscreen to suit my sensitive skin NC50-MAC . I was recommended the 85N in dermablend which is a little dark and red for my skin tone, but 60N was too light. I can have the best of both worlds without having to spend $30+ per ounce of tinted sunscreen for my skin. I use etude house sunscreen after letting actives and moisturizer set up. I apply my sunscreen and chase my toddler around while it sets up. I mix a drop of dermablend with more of the same sunscreen to make it tinted. Apply, and I have a tinted sunscreen as my "makeup layer" I would prefer to not have to wear any makeup, but due to melasma I have to wear something with iron oxides. This has been a staple in my daily routines it gives the look of no makeup, yet it blurs my melasma and beauty Mark's. Per my dermatologist applied this way won't ruin the integrity of my sunscreen, and I have the visible light protection I desperately need. Using this daily along with other actives and hats has helped tremendously. & chemical peels. ***this stuff is thick, I would not apply as foundation unless you like cake face. The bottle has the worst the squeeze nozzle. It does not pick up much product. The foundation is also very red toned for my skin, i am very yellow undertones, but since it is mixed in a white zinc oxide sunscreen it dissipates and blends seamlessly. This is pretty expensive for the tiny bottle but it stretches since it is pure pigments. Hope this helps.

Ok, I LOVE the coverage and feel of this foundation. Don’t get me wrong, it’s awesome. But the bottle and dispenser is absolutely horrible. It’s messy, you can’t really get product in the dropper itself, and it gets everywhere. Not to mention I feel like I waste product. Please dermablend get it together…even a bottle that you squeeze to get the foundation out or pump would suffice. It’s really ridiculous for the price of this that there isn’t an easier way to get the product out. I’ve bought little spatulas and other tools to try and scoop it out but it’s a pain. Would recommend if it weren’t for how difficult it is to get the actual foundation out!

Color: 43W: Medium skin with very Warm undertones
I honestly pray that they never ever stop making this product. This product is amazing so my skin has been through heck I have had acne scarring I use treading, which is a form of vitamin A. I go and see dermatologist I myself in an aesthetician and these liquid foundation drops are amazing. I love that they blend and if my skin gets a little bit lighter, I can mix it with the Clinique even better make up to lighten it up. I’ll never makes me break out. Just absolutely beautiful love this you can either go more dramatic with the make up for full coverage types of books or you can apply it lately with the moisturizer like I said, with Clinic even better make up and it looks more natural Love this will never stop buying it even when I was going through my chemotherapy this was gentle on the skin so as somebody who went through cancer chemotherapy and is going through radiation I love this foundation
