The sand color PU upholstery is oil- and water-resistant, CFC-free and backed by a 2 year Guarantee. Clients can rest easy not only with increased circulation but also knowing the table is certified (strict North American requirement by independent testing), Safe from electromagnetic radiation, and all other materials used in the table are CFC-free and meet California Air Resources Board requirements for formaldehyde- and Carcinogen-free wood. Got this for my wife for a Birthday Gift so I could give her better massages. I'm not a professional, but I do like to make my wife feel good. This table is excellent quality. I'm a larger guy myself and this table had NO PROBLEM supporting my weight. It doesn't shift, doesn't creak. It's solid and the workmanship is excellent quality. The heated surface is also amazing. This is a very nice looking and comfortable table. It is strong and easy to assemble. I like the unique design of the face cradle. So far the heating unit seems to work well. The people I have given a massage too on this table have all given very positive responses. However, I have heard that heating unites in tables don't tend to last long. I am disappointed with this massage table. I specifically purchased a table that has the thickest cushioning that I could find so I thought that this table would feel very cushiony and comfortable. But I found the cushioning to be too firm and uncomfortable. I own a different Master's Massage table that I purchased about 10 years ago and the cushioning in that table is much better. Since it is too difficult to return such a large and heavy table I will just have to keep it and be out the money unfortunately. ... show more

I am not an expert by any means but so far I love this table. I am very short and it has great range for adjustments. People love the range of setting with the face cradle. The heater is wonderful. I live up north so I really needed a heated table. The bolster is a great feature. I am a small person but I can move this table by myself fairly easily. Since it is a folding table I was expecting it to creak while in use. Nope. Now if I can just get someone to give ME a massage! ... show more

I received this massage table one week ago. It seems sturdy and feels amazing! The person receiving the massage loved the tabletop's and sideways' roomy comfort. And, the price for this gorgeous, superb-built table is a definitive plus! A NOTE to those interested in registering their massage tables. The address for MPH International has changed. The address provided (Skokie, IL) in the 'yellow' 'Lifetime Guarantee' form is no longer viable. The company is now based out of Sacramento, CA. The new address is: MPH International, 8360 Rovana Circle, Sacramento, CA 95828; telephone #: 888-710-7206. As well, the 'yellow' form/registration card reads 'Lifetime Guarantee'. According to the customer service rep I was assisted by, it is no longer so. Once you register your table, it will be under warranty for 5 years. And, for those looking for the SKU#, which I could not find listed on my Amazon invoice, you will find it attached to the tabletop's wood bottom. It is usually a 5-digit number. This number is required for registering your table and needs to be listed in the 'yellow' registration card. ... show more

Very comfortable! My 89 year old grandma was delighted to receive a massage there (90 minutes) . It is also beautiful, sturdy and I trust it. A bit heavy for travel therapists.
