My first chair broke after six years and the cost of repairing it was almost as much as a new chair so I purchased this particular model not really knowing what I was getting, but excited about trying out all the features and it has many features and I was very Surprised at how much this chair can actually do has many different settings and easy to use touch keypad. It fits me perfectly and I’m almost 400 pounds 59 and I fit perfectly with room to spare. I use it every day on the preset settings and on the manual settings And it hits all my pain points with positive benefits but one of my favorite things about this chair is that when massaging the neck unlike many others that I’ve tried this particular chair, massages my neck very well, and it hits the shoulders perfectly. The only downside I can say was it was very complicated to install so I had to hire somebody to do it for me and that created an additional cost, but I highly recommend this chair.

Difficult to assemble. My neighbor helped. I was down in my lower back. Used the chair no more than 10 minutes and it relaxed my back and it popped into place. the chair fits me as I am a large man. I can see getting a lot of good service out of this massage chair!

You have to install the sides, then the feet. Lift the Feet to install the air hose connection. THEN, remove the back of the chair to connect all the air hoses in there. Then, ive had it act goofy and not want to massage me twice. In which, unplug it for 15 min, then plug it back in. That was the first 3 days of headaches. After that though, its ran like a dream. The Only fault i have for it, is at the head is a "pillow", but its flat. It needs some sort of Cushioning in it...

I am 6'5" and the issues I have had with any of these fancy massage chairs was the limitation that most have for height of 6' 2". I can tell you that this chair fits me comfortably. The 4D massage was as expected...AMAZING. We use it in our office and everyone loves it! One issue is that you do have some assembly to do. I was able to do it, but it is definitely a 2 person job and for someone who is a little bitt handy. If Ikea furniture is a pain for you to put together, I would recommend paying for the installation service. Super satisfied!

This chair is big but the massage is not of the quality as my old homedics that was destroyed by a lightning strike. Over priced in mho. It was somewhat difficult to assemble as screw holes are hard to align. It did roll easily from the garage into our exercise room.

I recently broke my back in a couple of places and sleeping in a bed became impossible. I was desperate for any kind of relief. I knew I was going to have to have some therapy after all was said and done, and I also knew that a massage chair could address most of that. I started researching chairs and quickly excluded one right after another. I'm fairly tall, 6'2" (or was) and overweight (300+ lb.) so the huge list of options quickly became a very short list. I ended up choosing this one, as it was touted as being the largest one on the planet. With 2 fractured vertebrae, getting in or out of the chair was a challenge, but it was much easier than the horribly painful experience I had with my bed. Plus, I was going to be needing it later. The sides of this thing have zero padding, which had started bruising the backs of my arms, so I brought in some pillows and ordered some gel padding and some office chair pads. Event though it was painful to get out of, I really needed the chair. Then about a week after hiring someone to set it up, I had gone to sleep in it as I had been. Only this time, when I went to get out of it, I couldn’t. For some reason, the adjustable leg section broke and had extended to it's full length and then stopped. The chair was unable to return to a fully upright position and I ended up being trapped in the chair until a couple I know came over and found me there. It took them half an hour to get me out of that chair and the pain involved in my extrication from it can only be classified as indescribable. I had been willing to deal with discomfort as I would be needing the chair later, but to become trapped in it. Well, that kind of changed how I felt about it keeping it. The chair is likely great and will probably work well for nearly anyone else. But if you suffer from lower back issues, this chair likely needs some additional design work. The leg section should not have a gap between the upper and lower parts. The items I have on either side of the chair is where I set my pillows in order to get out of it. Edit: I had reached out to the seller and let them know of the issues I had with the chair. I am very pleased to report they are having it picked up so they can identify what failed. I am hoping that they can take whatever information they can glean from mine and make improvements in the next model. I can honestly say that my experience with this seller has been top notch, so I have zero complaints any further.
