Good massage chair. About 20% larger than other chairs so it fits me well (I'm 6'3 285 lbs). My only complaint is the instructions are lacking. For example, the instructions refer to Screws but don't refer to the washers for the screws. I had a devil of a time removing the screws and reinstalling using the washers. There was no mention of washers at all in the instructions so pay attention. The chair itself is very nice with plenty of features for different massage types (even though it should have a optional cushion piece for the back, sometimes those rollers can get pretty rough even at a low setting). Overall it is a very good chair.

Difficult to assemble. My neighbor helped. I was down in my lower back. Used the chair no more than 10 minutes and it relaxed my back and it popped into place. the chair fits me as I am a large man. I can see getting a lot of good service out of this massage chair!

Absolutely fantastic. I was apprehensive because I am very broad. I wear a 4xl shirt and am 5’11” and this is the only massage chair I have ever been able to fit in. The same goes for the leg portion of the massager. While being big enough for me it is still capable of massaging our smallest family memeber that only weighs 105lbs. I have a lot of spine issues and I couldn’t be happier with the chair. I use it every day when I can keep everyone else out of it. I highly highly recommend this model for anyone but especially above average size people. You will love it.

To preface: this is my first massage chair, so I didn't really know what to expect going in. The Good The foot massage is excellent. The air pressure combined with the rotary rollers on the bottom feels great. I'm not entirely sure how much the arm pressure is actually doing, but it feels pretty good and is a nice addition. The back massage is mostly good, with a few caveats. The Bad It spends way too much time on my tailbone and shoulder blades — I could skip those areas entirely and be happy. It also spends almost no time on my neck. Even on neck/shoulder mode, it still travels down to punish my tailbone (what is that about?). Also, the speakers are basically garbage, you would think for the money, they could have spent more than $0.10 on them, I won't be using them as they are very "70's portable am radio" quality. Last, the phone charger doesn't work with my phone (I use wireless to charge my phone 100% of the time, so I know it can be charged). The Baffling There are a few behaviors I can't explain. Sometimes it will be sitting idle, then move to a position, press up against my back, and pop back down without doing anything. Other times you can tell it's executing some kind of technique, but it has backed off the depth axis so it's not actually contacting anything to massage.
