We ordered through Amazon and were put directly in touch with Massage Chair Max. Kierston, in customer service, helped guide us through shipping and obtaining 'White Glove service', which provided set-up service in our home (at an additional cost of $300 with an independent service provider.) Great Service!!! The chair is beyond my expectations. Preprogrammed, custom, and manual settings can bring many styles of massage into our lives. There are so many options to choose from. First I want to say thank you MassaMAX for the wonderful customer service and amazing chair. I was afraid to pay 2K for a product I can't feel or inspect first at first. I'd searched and read reviews from so many different sites about so many brands for almost 2 months before I took a chance purchasing this chair for hubby. I'm glad I did because "we" love it...lol! The delivery driver handled it with care and helped me inspect the package to make sure it wasn't damaged. I had the delivery driver to leave it inside my garage until my husband returned home so hubby definitely needed help bringing it inside. Our doors inside are around 29" wide so it couldn't go into a certain room but that's ok. The chair does everything a highline massage chair does so don't bother paying 3-4k or more for one. It took 5mins to assemble which was pretty simple and that's cool. Buy this chair, you won't be disappointed. Hubby loves how it grips your feet and gently extend your legs to stretch your calf muscles. He works on ladders everyday so those muscles get overworked a lot. Side note: Be careful massaging your lower back (tailbone). It's pretty intense in that area and may leave you sore for about 3dys. Learn which massage is best for you before leaning back and falling asleep. 4 people tried it on Christmas day and mentioned the 4D massage being a little painful on that area. Other than that... you'll love it! 😃

I have to admit I was nervous about this chair because I didn't get a chance to try it before I purchased it. In my search for the best chair for me, I definitely tried plenty of massage chairs over the 7-8 months. Some of these chairs were well above the 5K mark. Personally, I couldn't see myself paying that much for a massage chair. So I started looking for chairs that were in the 2.5K to 3.5K price range. When I came upon the MT339 for 1.9K, I was surprised that it had 90% of the features I saw in the higher price chairs, and it made me think it was cheap and wouldn't be what I wanted. I also learned that this was a relatively new company and took into consideration that maybe the reason the chair was lower than I expected was because they were trying to build their brand. Hoping this was the case, I ordered the chair. So let 's get to the chair itself. Delivery Once I ordered the chair, Amazon said the chair would be delivered a few weeks out. The next day, I received a call from Kirsten of Massage Maximum, and she wanted to make sure the delivery process was going to be smooth. She asked me questions what the delivery location, and gave me the specifications of the box. Once we were sure the location was okay and the specs were fine for delivery, she informed me delivery would occur in 3-5 business days. I ordered the chair on Monday and it was delivered on Friday. :-) When the driver arrived, he was very friendly and offered to put the chair wherever I wanted it. He brought the chair to my front door. When I looked at the box, I asked him about the weight, and he said it was in the 242lbs. range but that's including the pallet. I have to admit it made me a little nervous because my wife and I are seniors. I really should have done a video for this part to show how my concerns were unwarranted because it was REALLY easy to get the chair inside. We unpacked the chair outside to see what we were dealing with. When we opened the box, the chair was completely put together except for the footrest. We tilted the chair onto the wheels, easily lifted the, now, 192 lbs chair across the door seal and placed the chair where we wanted it. The next step was to install the footrest. VERY SIMPLE. Two screws and that's it! We looked at the chair to judge the quality and feel of the chair. We were very surprised at how well the chair was put together. The next step was to test the chair. Oh man!!!! This thing has A LOT of power! I love the way it feels and the rollers and airbags are on point! It's super quiet and easy to figure out. We are EXTREMELY happy with this purchase. If anything changes in the future, I will update.

No instructions for assembly. Some parts, like the leg part was very difficult. It did a good job with the massage. The best part was the delivery. The company was more than accomodating with the placement of the chair. Very good service.

We are very pleased with this massage chair. My wife and I use this often. When family comes over, the chair is a hit! The varied options, recline, heat, and foot rollers add to the value of this chair over other chairs with less features. Assembly and setup was very easy.

Our chair came yesterday. The freight driver helped me get the box into the house using my 2 wheel cart. Unboxing the chair was not difficult, and moving the chair was like moving a wheel barrow. Very easy. Adding the foot part was a no brainer. This chair does everything that more expensive massage chairs do. We love it.

This is an amazing chair. My first time in the chair was a little rough because I was pretty knotted up, but now it’s great every time. I also love that if I don’t want a massage I can just throw it back into the zero G position and just hangout for just a little while. Again love the chair.
