Honestly, this is one of the BEST purchases I have ever made! I was a mechanic for 28 years and working on cement floors all those years really wreaked havoc on my lower back and feet. Now I've been a realtor for 8 years and also do major home renovations. At 63 years old, my body still screams for help! I have been going to a chiropractor, which was is tremendous help, but I felt that I needed a massage therapist more than chiropractic at this point. I freaking LOVE this chair! and so far, I've only used the "default" preset as well as the "stretch" setting, and my back pain is GONE! I am excited to try all the other functions it has to offer. I have plantar fasciitis and tendonitis too, especially in my toes. The chair works the bottom of the feet on a very consistent level, but not so much on the top of my feet where the tendonitis is the most painful, but no big deal, I have a hand-held massager for that. I would recommend his chair at 10 stars if I could.

As a massage enthusiast I can say that this chair does a good enough job that my therapists are going to miss seeing me every week which has been my standard for the last several years. I have sciatica and after one week, I am amazed by the help this chair has provided me with relief. I played and walked a mountain golf course yesterday and can say the 5.5 mile march was tiring but possible because my sciatica did not bother me. I highly recommend that you learn to test the different programs, but most importantly, you learn and test the manual adjustments to get exactly what you desire and what you “knead” ;). Great chair, only thing I wish for that the width of the rollers went out about one more inch on each side for a broader coverage of the full glutes and lower back area. The shoulder and back massage works but I thought the 4D would immerse that area with more intensity but it lacks more to be desired! But I highly recommend this chair.

When we first received this massage chair in February 11, we were really happy with it. It looks great and the initial massages were enjoyable. Unfortunately, after just two months 1/2, we've started experiencing problems. There's an odd sound during operation, and some of the rollers now seem to be hitting much harder than they should, making the massage painful at times. I contacted Amazon hoping to get some guidance on how to address this issue, as it seems unreasonable for a product like this to fail so soon. However, I was told that because the return window had passed, there was nothing they could do. So I told them I am not returning it I just need help about getting the issue checked, repaired or provide a contact number of the manufacturer to address the issue. The customer service of amazon RC given lack of support and provided no option only stating that grace period was already passed and there's nothing that she can do. I asked she can help to provide a contact number so then I can deal it with myself and while I am still talking she told me that she will hang up the phone which she did..."This is my first time leaving a negative review, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Honestly If I felt like my concerns were being taken seriously, explained with a bit more understanding, or provide a little compassion wouldn't feel compelled to leave a negative review...
