I bought this chair, sight unseen, based purely on reviews. I'm glad I did. Don't be afraid... some details. I am 6'1" tall, weigh 260 lbs - and am 68 years old. I was worried I'd be too tall, too fat or too old for this chair. While I can easily see how being 5'10", 180lbs and 58 years old might make this chair a better fit (Shh. That's my wife.) I still fit fine and can really enjoy this chair. (I did have a brief moment of claustrophobia when the arm air bags started snugging me down, but the pleasure soon overwhelmed that feeling.) Bottom line, I fit, my wife fits a little easier, but it's not a concern. Much taller, much fatter and you might have some issues. I have not had the time to play with all the chair's many settings, so I can't comment on all of them. The basic "push the button and go" setting (the automatic, top one listed called "4d") was lovely. The second one (called Relax I think) was also quite nice. Not all that different actually, but I suppose as I play around with this chair more I will be able to spot the nuances! At one point in both of these settings, my kidney area felt... um... attacked? A little too robust? It was a bit much. I suppose there's a way to settle it down (I haven't figured it out yet!) but by scootching my butt forward a little, arching my back it was tolerable. We now keep a towel nearby, and folded in half, it does a wonderful job of making this particular area quite pleasant. Both my wife and I have decided that the foot part of this chair is completely worth the price of the entire chair. AWESOME! It snugs up those air pads and stretches out your ankles as the chair pulls downward - and then the foot rollers kick in. It is Amazing! So, the massage part is great. Let's back up a little - the delivery. We had GREAT COMMUNICATION thru Amazon's Message from Seller section (email and website) from someone named ADA. The chair I ordered was not available in the color I wanted and Ada offered me the same price on a different color to save me from waiting several weeks for the re-stock to occur. An $80 refund incentive was also included. I said "yes". They then needed a few details on my delivery situation (was I living in a residence, was this a business, etc.) and then told me the delivery company would contact me. They did - thru both calls and messaging. We set things up, the delivery occurred timely (the driver called 1/2 hour ahead) and other than a whole fiasco with the truck getting stuck on a tight turn on our sand roads (thankfully my Great Neighbors and I got him unstuck quickly - bob cats and trucks and towing gear that probably won't be an issue for you - but it IS a VERY long truck (53' trailer!)). The driver, once he was unstuck, was super nice - brought the package up the driveway, allowed me plenty of time to look it over. The next step, moving it into the house, was challenging. We have a two wheel dolly that made it easier - particularly when my wife and I stood the package on end so it fit thru doorways and the like. It IS bulky. It IS heavy - if you're not strong, plan on getting help. (You can pay them back with a ride in the chair!) I was concerned with the unboxing - there wasn't a step by step manual. Luckily, this company did have some videos online. After clearing away the plastic straps, cardboard, plywood, styrofoam, plastic bags - we slid the chair free of this very secure packaging - it was in perfect shape, no dings, dents or tears that I could find. Putting the feet part onto the chair was the only real assembly needed. There are a couple of videos on YouTube that are close, but if you watch the company ones you can figure it out. My chair was tilted all the way back for shipping, so I took a chance, plugged it in, turned it on - and it powered up and went to a more upright position, making it easier to attach the foot part. The foot part has an electric plug - easy to plug in - and an air hose - a little more of a challenging to slide together, but stick with it, little at a time and you'll get there. Then, get out your screwdriver/drill. The foot part has little styrofoam caps on a metal rod - these are the part that hooks together. (Take the caps off - they are part of the shipping!) On the chair, find two Phillips screws, loosen those, "open" the half rod cover things, put the chair in place, put the covers back on, screw tight, you're done. The manual and online information isn't super straight forward, I can't claim to have mastered these controls at all. It seems like the touch screen does some things, the arm controller (right side buttons) does some things, but... Hey! I figure a year or so of reclining in this bit of paradise, while I play with the buttons/screen in order to discover everything this chair can do, well, for me that's more of a feature than a bug. (I can't get up right now, Honey, I have to figure out what this setting does!) How are the speakers? Don't know, don't care. I've got this in the room with my media center - TV and great sound included. How is the bluetooth connection? I'll probably never bother - unless I discover there are new features that the touch screen can't access! Oh, the voice connection works - she's called "Alice" - but unfortunately "Alice" hears her name a lot (or thinks she does!) when the TV is on and let's us know she's ready. A little annoying, but reaching down and powering off the chair is easy - and I'll probably save a few cents from the "vampire" power drain, right? So, go get the chair. Save the boxes/pallet until you're sure you have no shipping damage. Be prepared to move a heavy chair. Does this thing make noises? Yup, but so will you when it hits the right spot! Enjoy! I'll add more if any issues pop up in the next several weeks. If you're here a year from now - and nothing else has been added - assume I'm over there in my chair enjoying myself.

If any of you are like me, you look at these things and go “yeah right” and move along. “It’s more than I want to spend”. I have looked at these chairs at furniture stores, even tried some of them out but the furniture stores want an arm and a leg and I can honestly say that this chair is worth every penny!!!! First thing is when you place your order, the company stays in touch with you all the way thru till delivery. The package comes well protected but it is heavy so I recommend having another person help you especially if you want it up stairs like I did. Chair is super easy to put together too. Once that’s done, plug it in and pick a setting. It has a lot of choices on the screen and I can’t tell you which setting I like more as I like them all. It just depends on where I’m hurting to what I choose. I also like the Bluetooth as I like to relax with some music from my phone. The heating element in the seat is nice too as it’s not that over powering heat, it’s subtle and comfortable. I can honestly say that I am extremely pleased with this investment and highly recommend this message chair. For the price and for what it does I don’t think anyone would be disappointed.

I bought the MassaMAX MT339 4D Massage Chair in Space White for my mom as a gift, and it’s been a total game-changer for her! She absolutely loves it. The 4D massage technology is like having a personal massage therapist at home. With 12 modes and 5 techniques, it targets every part of her body—shoulders, back, arms, feet, and even her buttocks. The airbag pressure feature allows her to adjust the intensity, which is great for tailoring the massage to her needs. The SL-Track Shiatsu system is amazing, especially for her back. The Zero Gravity mode is her favorite—she says it feels like floating and it helps her feel more relaxed while reducing pressure on her spine and improving circulation. I wrote the first review after only a few days and before we received the additional pad for the hips, back and neck. I have to change the review because this is now considered THE BEST INVESTMENT WE HAVE MADE FOR OUR HEALTH AND WELL-BEING! I AM NOT GIVING IT 5 STARS BECAUSE THERE ARE STILL THINGS THAT COULD BE IMPROVED UPON BUT OVERALL WE REALLY LIKE THE CHAIR NOW! The company sent a cushion/pad and we use it along with a Purple Pillow pad about half an inch thick. With these two pads the massage is now incredibly relaxing! Also, some of the features don't work on the screen, but do work using the buttons on the side. Once we figured this out it made much easier. I don't know why they don't work on the screen, but it's not important. The voice activation is still awful - I am hearing impaired and can't understand the words being said, so we don't use that feature. The lower leg airbags are still intense but we figured out how to turn them off using the buttons on the side - they cannot be turned off just using the screen. I will sometimes pull my legs out and just rest them on top for a while and then put them back in the chair. IF you turn off the airbags the foot massager stops too. ...From Previous Review.... ......the voice activation (Alice) does not work worth a dang! Again, when I addressed this with the Company I was told, "It doesn't work well on any model and "everyone" complains about it". Yes, that is what I was told. I can live without the voice control. To me it's not a big deal, however if I am paying this much for a chair with voice control I expect it to work. .......the "heating" shawl has four little spots/areas that are supposed to heat up. They don't get very warm at all. Really disappointed in this "feature". The shawl is actually pretty comforting, just wish the heating elements were bigger and warmer. ......the shipping company they used showed up to our house with a semi-truck that did NOT have a lift gate and only one small guy, the driver. If my husband hadn't been here there is NO WAY the little driver would have gotten the chair off the semi by himself unless he just pushed it off and let it bounce along the roadway. Thank goodness my husband is a bigger guy and strong and the three of us were able to get it safely down. I will wait to get the cushion from the company and try it again, maybe turn the lower airbags off for the second half of the massage. For Reference, my husband and I are both in our 50's. I am 5'9" 160 lbs (size 10) and my husband is 6'1" and 200 lbs. (size 32/34). We are in good shape and active. Neither of us is a "bigger" person, so no extra padding anywhere.

I’ve been using this massage chair for a few weeks now and I’m honestly impressed. Setup was straightforward and the chair feels very well built. The massage programs are surprisingly effective, especially for my lower back and shoulders after a long day. I also want to give a shout-out to the delivery/installation technician. He brought the chair in, went above and beyond by helping install the extra parts that came with it, made sure everything was set up properly, and explained how to use the features before leaving. That extra care really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I really like that you can adjust the intensity and focus on specific areas instead of just one generic massage. The heat function is a nice bonus and adds a lot more comfort. It’s quiet, smooth, and easy to use. Overall, it’s been a great purchase and something I actually look forward to using daily. Definitely worth the investment.

Always wanted one of these chairs. Easy to assemble. Easy to use. It only takes a few minutes. I was worried that it might not fit through the door. It made it in the doorway, no problem. The hardest part is not wanting to get out of it. Highly recommend. Treat yourself.

When we first received this massage chair in February 11, we were really happy with it. It looks great and the initial massages were enjoyable. Unfortunately, after just two months 1/2, we've started experiencing problems. There's an odd sound during operation, and some of the rollers now seem to be hitting much harder than they should, making the massage painful at times. I contacted Amazon hoping to get some guidance on how to address this issue, as it seems unreasonable for a product like this to fail so soon. However, I was told that because the return window had passed, there was nothing they could do. So I told them I am not returning it I just need help about getting the issue checked, repaired or provide a contact number of the manufacturer to address the issue. The customer service of amazon RC given lack of support and provided no option only stating that grace period was already passed and there's nothing that she can do. I asked she can help to provide a contact number so then I can deal it with myself and while I am still talking she told me that she will hang up the phone which she did..."This is my first time leaving a negative review, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Honestly If I felt like my concerns were being taken seriously, explained with a bit more understanding, or provide a little compassion wouldn't feel compelled to leave a negative review...
