Bed itself is solid. Package arrived with no hardware and cushion was cut / torn. Fortunately, the hardwares are easy to find and i use cover anyway so i taped the area where cushion was cut. For this price, i would expect thicker vinyl cover. The seller refunded 20$ for the missing hardware, which i spent exact amount to buy those missing hardware. Will i buy again from this maker? probably not. Do i think this will last long like 3-5 years? Yes. It you received one without any damage and with proper contents, i would have given 4 star. The thinness of the vinyl cover should absolutely be improved, in my opinion. ... show more

you know for a 350 dollar bed you think you're gonna get something decent.. the screws behind the bed came broken, had to buy new screws to fit in because the holes were too large for the original screws I'm assuming it could have been jostling due to delivery but still. once put together the bed is uneven due to the little adjustable holes to set the bed height are not level with each other, so the bed is wobbly.. there was also a puncture hole in the cushion. not worth the price of return so I'm using it because it'll serve it's purpose but please be wary of purchasing this item ... show more
