The chair is well built, however the seat cushion is very firm to hard, I can already tell I’m going to need an extra cushion. The massager is under powered, and the footrest sticks out to far.

This is not a massage chair....it's a chair that has a dull vibrate when turned. The chair itself is comfortable, but don't buy it off of excitement of the "massage" feature listed because you will be disappointed. Also has an awfully squeak after assembled no matter how tight you bolt the parts together.

This is not for tall folks. When I sit, the cushion barely makes it halfway to my thigh. The control has a thigh option but does not work. So why have it?

This massage table is a good product, although expensive - but you do get what you pay for. The only problem I had with it is that I'm tall, so I put the legs up to almost the highest point (1 peg from the highest) to ease back problems. Unfortunately, you can fold it when it's that high, so I had to go down a couple more pegs - not too bad, but it's still annoying. However, the table remained stable at any height, though not sure if I kept it high, would that be a problem? Anyway, I'm happy with the purchase - the cushion is thick and comfortable to lay down on.
