Great chair! I work from home and needed a better home office chair. This chair is very comfortable. I like the massage and heat features. I didn’t realize that it reclines all the way back to a laying position. You just have to find what’s comfortable and lock it in. Probably my favorite feature is the leg rest. I didn’t know I needed that until now. The chair is roomy enough for me to sit crisscross. I wish there was a little more cushion to the seat itself and better lumbar support but that can be easily addressed with one of those chair pads. Customer service was excellent. We were missing a part (the main part actually) and they sent us the part right away. They stayed in touch until we received the part and were satisfied. Highly recommend this chair.
