5/20/25 Update: Customer Support sent me a new chair. The first one was defective. This new chair has the working massaging and heating function I was looking for. It’s ease of setup takes 5min for myself. The design is a tradeoff on the arms as they are meant to move when reclining, but move slightly when not desired. I have found 20ft-lbs sufficient to keep this from being an issue. I’ve also uploaded photos of the setup, as this is this products strongest point. The heating feature took a long while to even notice. The messaging is more noise than vibrations. The motors are either underpowered or weak and not selectable. The chair is made of that easy to rip black vinyl pleather, so it's long-term longevity is suspect. The back flexes a lot due to it's attachment method being a single 5inx5in 1/4 steel plate. The arms flex out with little pressure. I mostly got this chair for the head support, but it barely reaches my shoulders as a person with average height. After <60 days of use, the back support has bent far enough back that I've maxed out the adjustment forward. The cushioning flattening quickly. And most concerning of all the remote smoked and exploded internally when I tried the heating.

The chair is cheap, the “massage” is just a loud vibration that you can even feel. Also the whole chair leans to the left. Don’t waste your money it’s junk!!! Update: I have had this chair for only a few weeks and now the heating doesn’t work. I wish I could give this negative stars. I tried to return this but I would have to pay shipping and cost of shipping supplies. What a huge disappointment. The seller messaged me about the problems with the chair but never resolved any issues.

Honestly , I'm going to give this chair a 2/5. The heated back is nice, the massaging feature is.... okay... more of a gimmick if you ask me. I have back issues, and I was looking for a chair that might help support my lower back, this does not. The heated seat feature is nice, but the massaging feature doesn't do anything for me. Its nice that it is tall enough, but the seat is so awkward to sit in that my old 4 year old chair which is broken is easier on my butt and back. I will be looking for something else. I will have the kiddo take this, but even he is like it doesn't feel right. Its like the messed up the butt portion and the back alignment. Don't get me wrong, the seat is a great size, but its just awkward feeling. It also states that it can hold 400 pounds. I'm 320 and the piston is already failing to hold me up. Another reviewer left the following review "The chair is cheap, the “massage” is just a loud vibration that you can even feel. Also the whole chair leans to the left. Don’t waste your money it’s junk!!!" I have to agree, and mine also leans heavily to the left.
