Absolute garbage, lasted less than a month with light use. The design is great, but the battery and motor are not. I can't even rest it on my shoulders with the tip getting jammed and the motor stopping. The battery starts at 99% and within minutes is already at 40%. DO NOT BUY, spend the extra money and get something worth while. I purchased this to replace a renpho that lasted me years until the handle broke. Waste of money and time.

I used this for on and off after shoulder surgery and now something inside has broken and is rattling around inside. The battery loses charge after 20 mins. As it ages the vibration becomes inconsistent and will stop as well as mine has become very loud and not good to use at all. Do not by this brand. I think it is about to totally stop working!
