Amazing! The temperature change is almost immediate! From turning on heat to turning it off and turning on cold you feel the temp change instantly! Power is a great range! And the ability to adjust length and angle really helps hit key tension areas! Charger is usbc like my phone so I have tons of the cables to make charging a breeze 10 minute auto shut off to not over work muscles! I wish we would have gotten this sooner Great compact case! And many options accessory wise!

This massage gun is the best! It comes with five different percussion heads, plus the head which does heat or cold. The heads are very easy to change out - push it on and rotate to lock. Changing the wand orientation is also very easy, with a push button to release. The gun has variable speed, from 1400 to 3000 RPM, controlled by a roller button on the backside, and a digital display to show the current speed. This is a very well designed product with a quality build. And included is a nice compact carrying case.
