The variable speed and multiple attachments are excellent for targeting different muscle groups. If I had one complaint it would be to have a way to dial down the intensity. I was a bit nervous ordering this massage gun after reading of some reviewers' problems with the battery. Still, I liked the gun's price, design, and complement of attachments, and decided to give it a try anyway. Well, after a week of use, so far so good. The gun is very quiet in operation and provides a number of massage sessions on one charge. Power isn't overwhelming but sufficient; the motor slows down a little if you press down hard during a massage. You have a choice of twenty speeds here, but really just ten speeds over the same range would be quite satisfactory. Regarding charging this gun: 1) wait until the "Ch" indicator stops blinking when the power meter hits "99" -- that's a full charge; 2) though the instructions don't say anything about this (that I could find, at any rate), I have been given to understand that Lithium Ion batteries last longer if you don't let them discharge to under 50%. So I give this gun a charge when the meter reads "60" after a massage session. I will report back if the battery fails prematurely. My last massage gun (from a different company) lasted a year or two before the battery stopped charging, and I expect similar performance from this unit. But that's a good reason not to spend three figures on a massage gun. Unless a gun has a user-replaceable battery, you'll be junking the device in just a year or two. Otherwise, this massage gun comes with a convenient storage case for the gun and attachments. So at this writing I give this gun two thumbs up, but I'll update this review if I encounter any difficulties... PROS: * Gun appears to be well built from sturdy materials. * Easy-to-read display shows battery charge and motor speed. * Touch controls adjust speed. * USB-C charging. * Motor very quiet in operation. * Good array of attachments included. * Storage case provided for guns and attachments.
