    • Died after one charge
Loved this when it worked but it wouldn’t hold a charge at all. Used the charger it game with and everything. Can’t even get 30 seconds of use out of it anymore. Super disappointed.

    • Not a good product!!
I bought this gun on lightning deal. The first one worked great for about a month and then all of the sudden quit turning on at all. I requested a replacement and it got sent next day which I was excited about. We charged the replacement up and upon the first time of using we already knew there was an issue.. it would act like it was dying then come back, the speed was inconsistent, it was obvious there was something wrong with it. I went to try and replace AGAIN and my only options were to return for refund to my original payment method 30 days + 7 more bank days, not return:replace option. It also dictated where I had to return to and that I had to package/print label for ups even though I didn’t have to do that the first time. Product is faulty and I don’t feel like I should have to go out of my way or be out of money for over a month because your product is defective. Will definitely buy a new massage gun but it will DEFINITELY NOT be from this company. Disappointing! ... show more

    • Mine might be slighty defective.
I typically have to set this between a power setting of 3 or 4 to get a consistent output from the device. Anything more or less and the gun stutters like the battery is dying. Typically use this on my shoulders and lower back.
