The media could not be loaded. I purposely waited to do this review after I had this chair for a while. I purchased this chair back in April 2021 so this review is quite beneficial for anyone looking at this chair as I know this chair well. I use it every single day sometimes up to three times a day for nearly a year.. Although it’s been less as time has gone on because I just don’t need the pain relief as much. This is an extraordinary chair for the price especially. I can’t imagine what the other chairs costing thousands could do any better than this chair does. I have Sjogren syndrome and fibromyalgia and all sorts of arthritis and a low thyroid. I am a senior citizen of 57 years old. I certainly wish I’d gotten a massage chair years ago and avoided a lot of pain. But hey better late than never. Here are the pros and cons the pros outweigh the cons any day in my book by the way Pros it’s an all over truly body massage. The first time I used it I was absolutely stunning! From the bottom of my feet to the top of my neck I was being massaged. The airbags were things that I’ve never experienced a compression on my ankles legs knees arms hands there’s even bags that pushed your shoulders together kind of and bags that push your hips up that really have a way of relaxing your body. Personally I really needed them for my legs they were swollen and I have very big calves. Well my legs are half the size they were now and I can’t tell you how good it feels to have my calves compressed! The antigravity ability for the chair gives you that weightless feeling it’s truly like getting a serious massage. If you put it on sleep mode it will massage you for 30 minutes or 15 minutes and then just stop in that recline position which is nice. I guess for some people they fall asleep I can see that. I love how you can change the strength I found I’d start mild with the needing and zoop it up to what’s called “pushing” that’s the strongest. There’s a heating element that’s divine especially on chilly mornings that make your muscles muscles relax even more. I also like the fact that crumbs that get on the chair when I’m eating fall through the chair onto the floor they’re not stuck in anything so I can keep it clean relatively easy. The foot plates I have to sweep out with a broom. But overall it’s easy to keep clean. The control wand is easy to navigate and there’s quick shortcuts to different modes which is nice. Although I do wish It had a memory of my modes so I didn’t have to keep putting them in. It’s very quiet. You can lift the neck pillow up for when you wanna get massaged or put it down when you don’t want it and it gives you more leverage to watch TV or eat. Cons It’s not easy to put together if it wasn’t for my husband I don’t mean to sound sexist but my brain just doesn’t work that way there were a lot of wires etc. I know I wouldn’t have been able to (oh really want to ) do it plus it’s heavy it took both of us I had to hold it up while he connected the wires. You definitely when you get a delivery do you want the delivery guy to bring it inside your house or at least at your door. I believe ours came in two separate boxes. I had a big problem with the left leg airbag for several months. As I mentioned I have large calves but I’m not sure if that had anything to do with the bag just kept twisting inside the chamber and I had to keep manually shoving it back in and flattening it out. Of course I contacted the manufacturer and honestly the help that they gave was really no help at all they sent me directions on how to open the chair up myself. But when I began to do that which I was not comfortable doing, I noticed the airbag was in cased in a square wooden box there’s no way I would start tearing that open. So I just MacGyver it and each with time I kept straightening it out and flattening out all over and over until finally it’s been fine in place for probably the last six months. I’m careful by the way that I put my legs in also. Now it works great. The vibrate function was super weak from the get-go. It never hardly felt like anything it was a tiny little vibration sensation that oddly enough was kind of under my butt. And then one day it just stopped completely. I didn’t say anything to the manufacturer about it because after the airbag issue results I don’t think they could do anything about it. Plus it’s not that important to me. The biggest issue I have right now is I notice when the massage is on “knead” the neck massager has begun to squeak really loud it’s really unbearable loud to use . I’m going to post that video of the squeaking on another review because the site only allows one video and I had to put a video of the chair in motion for you to see. I was really worried there for a bit but with time I realized that the squeaking sound doesn’t come on when I use the “push” massage mode which is the stronger massage and what I use most of the time anyway. Nonetheless I still love my massage chair and considerate it my BFF as my health has improved tremendously I hardly have any pain now it’s just wonderful to have even with the kinks. Didn't come with additional foot massager as advertised (update: they did offer to send it after they saw this review, but it was too late already started the return), there is no mobile app that I could find (at least there isn't on Android. Uptade: They confirmed there is ONLY an IOS app), and the tablet is a piece of garbage (perhaps they might have sent me another one if I spoke with the seller directly). It looks like there's a bug inside the screen and it's supposed to be brand new. It also is very bad that the different "colors" are actually different products. As for the chair itself it's mostly pretty good but as I believe other reviewers mentioned it can get stuck in one place for a really long time (before you ask yes in auto mode). It also didn't reach my neck very well. I'm 6' 0". My wife at 4' 10" was too short and her shoulders too narrow to feel the shoulder massage. I would say the height range should be 5'0" to 6'0" with the caveat that if you are on the upper end of that and have a long torso look elsewhere. ... show more

This is an excellent value-priced massage chair that offers significant relief for those suffering from back and other nagging pain. About the only cons are 1) the unit auto starts as soon as you click "on" button on the remote. Higher end models allow you to adjust settings first, then turn on and 2) the leg extension doesn't lock into place so those who are taller (max height for someone using this chair is about 6'0") will likely find this a little annoying. I came up with a work around by wedging a small block of wood into it when fully extended, then removing before chair returns to normal off position.
