I ordered the Mazzup massage chair for a couple of reasons. First, the price point. After extensive research, I was impressed that this massage chair has 14 massage points, 20 automatic massage modes, a three-stage zero-gravity chair, an LED touch control screen, and a Bluetooth speaker system, all for $1,104.99. Additionally, they provide a $100.00 discount coupon. Other units I researched did not have this price point with the many features. The reviews were solid with a 4.3 rating. The chair arrived within two days of purchase. It came ready to use. During shipping, the unit has a Velcro removable seat that enables it to flip the leg massage part of the chair up into the seat base. While setting up the chair, I noticed a gray hose extending out of the back of the removable seat. There was no description addressing the hose, so I mounted the seat to the chair. After using the chair a few times, my family and I noticed the forearm compression airbags were not inflating properly. I contacted the Mazzup Customer Service Department via their email address. I received a response from Mary in CS stating she was sorry for the inconvenience and that we would get the problem resolved. After a series of emails including pictures of the serial number and a short video of the problem, Mary and her team asked me to check that all hoses were properly attached (they included how and where to check the hose connections). I found all hoses intact, except for a gray hose (similar to the one coming out of the back of the removable seat pad) with a coupler on the end. I maneuvered the gray hose with the coupler into position to attach to the seat gray hose. My hope was that by attaching the seat hose, it would properly seal the air transport system within the chair. Sure enough, it resolved the problem with the airbags for the forearms. I relayed my findings to Mary, encouraging her and Mazzup to include a short leaflet within the packaging with the instruction manual so future customers will know that they need to attach the seat hose. I didn’t entertain looking up inside the chair unit until I was directed to do so by Mary and CS, as there are stickers on the back of the chair stating not to open or break the seal on any of the components of the chair. Mary appreciated my suggestion, and she indicated that she is sending the idea forward to her design department. In addition, they have shipped a gift from their product line for my suggestion. I am extremely happy with this chair. It is an outstanding unit and provides the most diversity for your hard-earned dollar. It truly hits almost every aspect of your body. One review I read indicated that the lumbar massage mode is rather intense, and I found this to be the case for me. A lightweight pillow has solved this concern, as a folded lightweight blanket could do the same. I use our chair daily, and I find it very beneficial. It often puts me to sleep as it is very relaxing. Complimenting the purchase of this chair is a more than supportive Customer Service Department that is eager and willing to do all that they can to make the customer happy. In all, I rate this chair and my experience as a 5 star rating. If you are serious about purchasing a massage chair, I encourage you to seriously look at this Mazzup unit. Tom

I believe I have had this massage chair for over a month. I can honestly say it was the best investment I ever invested in. It looks really sleek, it's very comfortable and it has voice commands on the back of the pad for hands-free control. It also has Bluetooth capability and will connect to your phone and or TV. I purchase the black chair which looks elegant in my living room. The chair is very sturdy and fits in a corner easily. It has wheels so if you tilt it you can move it easier than trying to push it across the floor. This chair massages your butt which sending air compression to your calfs, arms and shoulders which are all optional. The chair does have mild heating when massaging your butt which is still optional. You can adjust to sitting up right and or laying back which is the zero gravity option. The size of the chair seems to fit an 2XL physique. It's easy to wipe down the chair. I'm funny about people sitting in the chair after they have used it. This chair was pretty much already put together when it came in a large box. You just had to put a few things together. Which took less than 7min. For the price it was very much worth this chair. I use it twice a day at least five times a week.

This chair is great! We have used it for a few months and the value for the money is worth it. It took two minutes to set up. The only con is that the massager does not got above the middle of your back. I love love an upper back shoulder area massage. It does compression, heat, and rollers.

While all the functions in the chair seem to perform as expected and you get a really good massage I'm very torn with this review because these chairs seem to be connected to SkyNet!! Before purchasing I noticed a couple of reviews that stated the chair randomly turns on and starts talking. I assumed that that individual just got a malfunctioning chair and i bought it anyway. Well this thing has a mind of its own! It turns on numerous times per day ... and I'm talking like 10-15 times and just starts talking and running thru massage cycles with nobody in the chair. This becomes annoying extremely fast!! Especially in the middle of the night!!! I contacted customer service and was literally told to, "Just unplug it when you don't use it" ... im sorry but for $900 I shouldn"t have to "Just unplug it" this is definitely a defect in the product not operator error. So im taking off 2 stars for customer service and another for the chair itself although it does provide a good massage when functioning properly. Amazon states that I can have them pick it up to return but I have to rebox it which will be nearly impossible after opening it and unpacking everything. So now I think I'm stuck with a cyborg chair using Artificial Intelligence to take over the world !! Just remember that on May 1, 2026 Skynet became self aware !!! UPDATE: May 18, 2026 I'm adding 2 stars for the customer service! After this review they reached out several times and went the xtra mile to make sure i was happy! As I stated in the original review the chair itself works great and you get a relaxing massage... just give us an "Off" button for the voice feature!

Rating this a 2 star. If I hadn't gotten rid of the box already I would return. Here is my reason... the chair has a command hearing option on 24/7 where it listens to you talk and you can NOT TURN IT OFF. Chair automatically turns on and massages the air with no one in it. If it hears me and hubby talking it will say ok and just start massaging nothng. This has happened over 30 times. Its aggravating. I have messaged amazon and have messaged the store about it and they said they will let the design team know for future to maybe make a turn off option but they recommended me unplug my chair when not in use so it doesn't listen to me. We'll the chair is in a spot that is not easy to keep unplugging and replugging plus thats a hassle. They need to design the future chairs without the command option on 24/7. Chair thinks it hears you say something and it turns on.
