The item came pretty banged up, I'm assuming from shipping. The travel bag even had a tear. When I contacted the seller I was offered a $15 credit because "the item is now unavailable ". The issue I have here is that I will be traveling with this chair, the rip will get worse. And why would this item no longer be available when it is still able to be purchased. Described as white, but I received black colored instead. I leave room to expect this to happen from time to time when dealing with wholesale items and such. Not a deal breaker. The chair brand is Best Massage. It's one of the cheaper brands of massage products on the market but the quality of this chair is a bargain. The quality is something I would've expected to pay somewhere around $125-$150 for. I'm a massage therapist of several years and shopped for several months for a chair before I bought this one. The padding is thick and very comfortable. I could imagine up to a 30 minute chair massage with no comfort issues whatsoever. The seat, arm rest, and face portions are all adjustable (the arm rest adjusts its angle up and down as does the seat portion. The face portion adjusts in several ways and the chest pad adjusts up and down. I can't imagine someone being uncomfortable on this unless they are bigger and heavier set (I would say anyone over 275lbs). The manual says the max pound limit is 250 lbs but it definitely feels like it could handle more than that. I suppose they are conservative with that number just in case something happens. The hardware is of good quality and I feel that this chair will last me several years of moderate use (5-10 sessions a month). Comes with a carrying bag with handles. Would definitely buy again. Don't let the cheap price fool you. The only people I wouldn't recommend this to would be those therapists whose main clientele is chair massage based. With these therapists I would recommend getting a massage chair that's over $250 or so. Those chairs are usually lighter, easier to carry, come with wheels, and have better carrying cases. ... show more

    • I like the chair wish I was taller than 5ft 2 so the chest pad fit me better.

The chest piece was a struggle with the screw and the head rest. It didnt want to tighten for me. I am 5 ft 2 and I cant really get my head into the head rest right leaning forward. This chair is easy to set up, lightweight and a great deal. My only complaint is that it is not comfortable sitting in after 15-20 minutes.... the adjustable parts for the head rest are a not great quality and slip a little while giving a massage, so readjustment is necessary.
