Best massage chair you can get for the money. Comfortable to sit in and relaxing cushion feels so welcoming. The massage features that are build in is soothing and relaxing. After a hard day of work, working 13 hours a day. I sit in the chair and my lower back pain is gone and shoulders feels looser and relaxed. Second time buying – this time for my parents This review comes after two separate purchases, so I feel like I can really speak to the quality and consistency of this massage chair. I bought the first one for myself a few months ago because I was looking for a full-body massage chair that wouldn’t cost thousands of dollars. I was honestly impressed from day one. The setup was straightforward, and I had it up and running in about 20 minutes. The 6 fix point rollers do a great job targeting knots along my spine. The foot massage is another highlight – it’s firm but not too intense, exactly what I needed after being on my feet all day. When my parents visited and tried mine, they couldn’t stop talking about how relaxing it was. So I decided to surprise them by ordering a second unit for their home. The fact that it’s so easy to operate was a big factor – my dad isn’t the most tech-savvy, but he figured out the touch screen controller within minutes. For the price, I genuinely think this chair offers more than some models double its cost. Getting a second one for my parents was a no-brainer. I was a little nervous ordering a massage chair online, but this one is an absolute winner. The zero-gravity position is incredibly comfortable and takes all the pressure off my spine. The heating function on the lower back is perfect for cold evenings. My favorite part is the foot massage; the rollers in the sole actually hit the arch perfectly. The touch screen controller is very intuitive, making it easy for my older parents to switch between auto modes without reading a manual. Assembly was two pieces and took 15 minutes. Easy to put together and get started right away. Love the chair, the foot, and arm massage options really help release tensions. The massage chair has many functions, and they all work as described. There are options to do full massage with rollers or with airbags. The Bluetooth is also great where you can pair your phone. The chair can do recline back, or it can be seated like a chair. Very happy with my purchase!! I use this chair every day... a great investment for stress relief.

I bought this chair on February 7th and it has been a complete nightmare. The chair's description is inaccurate; this chair is only for tall people over 6 feet and the back heater doesn't work. Communication with the seller was terrible when trying to return it. To this day, I've been in contact with Amazon and spoken to over 30 representatives trying to use the A-to-Z Guarantee, and every time I speak to a customer service representative, they give me different information. They all contradict each other, and no one takes responsibility for the incorrect information. This chair weighs over 200 pounds. On May 1st, the representative told me I could use the same return label they sent me in March because my return process was still open, and that they would refund the shipping cost. On May 8th, the representative told me they had received the chair, and today the shipping company is telling me the address on the label is incorrect (so they never received the chair—another lie...). Today's "on-duty" representative says I have to wait two more days for a new label. Guess what? The chair is in Georgia, and I live in Charlotte, NC. They're not going to wait two days and send it back to me to start this whole nightmare all over again. Amazon representatives won't let me speak to a manager because they'll just tell me the same thing. This entire process has been a complete lack of respect for me as a customer. I will never buy a product from a third party through Amazon again.
