The chair is great for people under 6 feet tall. The messaging/tapping etc will only get to the bottom of my neck (I'm only 5'10"). My 5'8" wife says it gets up to the base of her skull. All of the modes work well. Unlike my Osaki chair, this one does not allow me to shut off the air bags when in use. The speakers are a plus. Easy pairing the speakers to your Bluetooth device (the four digits you need to pair are 8888) . All in all nicely made and easy to use. The delivery was a bit slow because the local shipper kept it in there warehouse for 9 days. You may have better luck.

I really like this chair. It helps my back much more than the Homedics chair massager I have been using for years. The back massage is great. The leg massage is decent. The foot massage isn't useful. The shoulder air bags are horrible. They push your arms out of the forearm massage bags which are pretty good. This unit does not have hip air bags. The problem is that the programming is awful. The buttons don't always respond. Have to double touch certain buttons to get them to work. The "pain" mode is limted to 6 minutes, and then the chair bounces around back and forth. The seller says there's nothing wrong with it. Unfortunately, there is no memory for the program you prefer to use, so you have to set each function every time you use the chair (zero-g, full, recline, heat, etc, etc, etc). I wouldn't buy this chair again.

I've been comparing with other products and was even worried about the assembling of the chair, but the setup was so easy and my whole family has been taking turns using it and definitely enjoy it. It looks nice as well, which is a plus.

I am 5' 9" and the massage mechanism does not reach my neck and shoulders even though I fit in the chair perfectly and my head rests on the head rest. So, that is a huge disappointment... because neck and shoulders is kinda a big deal for everyone, right? There is no bluetooth-- that is a lie. I decided to keep it, however, because it does deep tissue masssage. Next time I buy a massage chair I'll plan to spend a lot more and go to a store for a major upgrade, but this is okay. Just okay. I bought a separate neck and shoulder massager from another company.

An amazing chair with features beyond all expectations. Very comfy and relaxing as the inbuilt massagers firmly press and rotate against the back reaching every inch of the spine. Ive had back pain for the longest time considering I have had herniated disc injuries and this truly helped minimize the pain and left me in awe. No regrets with this purchase. I use the chair for 10-20 minutes everyday before bed. I spend 6+ days a week in the gym, so this really helps stretch my muscles out and keep me from getting too sore. The chair has a ton of features and is super easy to use. I generally just leave the automatic setting on for 20 minutes, with the heater and zero gravity features on as well. No issues, easy delivery, extremely easy set up!
