This seat is extremely small it snuggly fit my hips. It is not built for a man or large woman The massage is decent and a bit lighter than my old massage chair that had more multiple options & reclined = I-Joy by Human Touch. This chair was new in box. The lising stated gray, but it is actually charcoal. The zero gravity is false adverting, it doesn't recline, heat or have Bluetooth. I am happy for the cost that actually included shipping!!

At first I questioned if this chair was going to be comfortable because when I sat down, it was almost like the chair was hugging my body. Once I turned the massager on, that is when I felt the most relaxed I had ever been. This seems to hit all of the spots that I want massaged perfectly. The chair is not so snug that it feels too tight but its definitely not like your typical recliner that has wide open spaces between my body and the arm rests. The moment I turn this massager on, I do tend to fall asleep but I found that this is because unlike other massage chairs, this doesn't just vibrate but give me the shiatsu massage that I love. Absolutely not uncomfortable and the massage dial is within arms reach. If I ever need to change the settings or have to turn it off, I can easily reach it with no issues. Pretty easy to move around my house if I need to but more importantly, super comfortable and it gives amazing massages.
