I bought this chair due to ongoing back issues. I had looked at multiple chairs but decided to go with this one. I was hesitant as it had no reviews at the time of purchase but decided to take the chance since I had a 30 day return window. Honest review is a solid 4 out of 5. There are only a few things that made this a 4 out of 5 and I will list the pros and cons below. Overall I do like this chair and feel it is worth it for the price it is being sold for. Pros 1. The chair comes fully assembled and in one big box. I do recommend having two people to remove from the box since the box is very large. But hey, if you're like me and can't wait for someone to help, you could do it on your own 2. Not only does the chair have wireless charging but it does have a USB port so you can charge while it is in the phone stand portion. 3. The touch screen was a big pro for me since I didn't want to have to deal with a controller to always select what mode I wanted to be in 4. It is easy to move since it has wheels on the back especially if you have wood floors like we do. 5. The heating is nice and sometimes the calf heating actually gets too hot. Not really a con but just something to be aware of. Cons 1. The chair will automatically start into a mode once the chair is turned on and has auto sensed the shoulder position. This is sort of annoying since I don't want the predetermined mode that it defaults too. I would prefer the machine to just sense my shoulders and the let me select what mode I want 2. There is no way to adjust how strong the rollers apply pressure. It isn't the biggest con but it would be nice if it had that capability. 3. There are only 3 time modes to select from. 10, 20, and 30 minutes. I would have liked an hour long session. And once the time runs out, the machine auto turns off. So if you want to do another round, you have to start the whole process over and that reverts back to my con #1 4. If you pause the mode at the beginning and then move into the zero G function, and then you choose a new mode, some modes move you out of the zero g seating position. So then you have to reselect it again. Sort of annoying.

Been using it for a couple of weeks. Simple installation and like the wheels on the back. The calf heat IS way too intense and the back heat almost non-existent, so useless. Don’t get it for the heat feature. The chair also always thinks we’re talking to it, so we have to keep the door closed to keep “Nana” from answering us and trying to “help us” when we aren’t using it. I got it in part for how it looks, and so far so good. Different massage modes work as expected. Will see its durability with more frequent use. Another user commented on the massage chair going back to sitting position after the massage is over and that could be annoying if you were trying to take a nap in it. Some of the features could be more user friendly (like the power button that you need to press for three seconds instead of just hitting). Anywho, decent chair for the price. May upgrade on the next one.

Fantastic buy! I sampled several chairs ranging from $5-$13K. This one was easily just as comfortable and just as advanced and competitive as most of the chairs I sampled. Easily! The price was even better. The description is just like the actual product and it looks great . Smart buy indeed. The only issue I had was the delivery guy delivered it to my door after a confirmation of being home but he said he was ordered to NOT go inside my house. If my Brother wasn’t there and it rained, my chair would have been ruined. Make sure you have the assistance you need upon delivery or find out the specific capabilities of the delivery company.

Delivered 5 days early and was on my front porch before 8 am eastern time. Plug in and relax. If your looking for manual with good instructions to bad. There is a pallet with very small print that explains what everything is. But I did enjoy the first use of the chair. Fingers crossed that it holds up. I did scan the QR code that sent to the Whatsapp I have ask several questions and I am still wanting a response . I did receive scam text after wanting me to pay $120.00 for clearly fee what every that is, the guy that I was texting tried to make me believe it was part of the delivery fee. Well I block that number and deleted text. That is it for now. With any luck it will stay that way.
