The quality of the chair is very good, beautiful, nice leather, heavy and sturdy. Another feather’s others don’t have is the back of the feet rollers. The back of the feet, per Chinese foot reflexology , it connected to the organs, believed to correspond to organs and systems throughout the body, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and improving overall balance by stimulating nerve pathways and circulation, potentially easing pain and tension. It also have the foot press. However, I highly recommend checking out the size of the chair if it fits your body. I am petite small, it almost fit me well except the shoulders air compression. But I just don’t use it, I also need to use the desk chair cushion for the lower back as the rollers are strong. It came assembled! That is Another plus!😊 Overall, with the price and function, comfortability and short delivery time, it is a Best Buy, I highly recommend it. Try this first before going for those $$$$$.

My husband bought me this chair because I have a medical condition that causes me to be in pain. This chair has been amazing. The massages really helps a lot. It feels so good. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 stars is because I wish there were airbags to squeeze the hips the same way the shoulders airbags do. That would’ve made this chair a 5 star. The media could not be loaded. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to talk about this massage chair. I’ve been dealing with back and neck pain from long shifts on my feet, and after doing a lot of research, I decided to give this one a try. I’m glad I did. Right out of the box, the chair looked sleek and well-built. It has a modern look that doesn’t feel bulky or out of place in my home. The padding is comfortable, and the foot/leg section gives a firm, thorough massage. The armrests even have air compression, which was a surprise—I didn’t think I’d use that feature much, but it’s actually really relaxing. The touchscreen control panel is easy to navigate, and there are plenty of settings to customize your experience. I usually go with the “Auto” mode when I want to relax without fussing with the buttons, but I’ve also tried the targeted massage options, and they work great. You can adjust intensity, speed, even heat. The lower back heat is a game changer on sore days. I use this chair every evening now, even if it’s just for 15 minutes. It helps me unwind, and I’ve noticed I sleep better on the days I use it. My only small gripe is that the chair is a bit heavy to move around, but once it’s in place, you’re good to go. If you’ve been thinking about investing in a massage chair, this one is definitely worth considering. It feels like I have a personal massage therapist at home—and honestly, that alone makes it worth every penny. It definitely helps relax me after a day as a LTAC nurse!

I purchased this chair after reading so many great reviews. This chair is not comfortable. The back massage is painful and doesn't even go all the way up the back. The neck massage is barely felt. The foot massage is weak. The air balloons do not hit the right spots. We are returning this chair. It's totally over priced for what it offers. Also, you can't see the controls, they are not lit up. If it has programs, I don't see them. There is one option. Very disappointing. It was a surprise for my husband.

The media could not be loaded. This chair is so perfect! I didn’t know chairs like this existed until I say and sat in one in at ABC Warehouse. They told me the one there was $8600. This chair is a small fraction of the price and literally had all the functions and the quality of the other chair! The Bluetooth Speakers in the headrest part is the cherry on top. I put the chair in Zero Gravity Mode and put on my relaxing music and pretty much fall asleep. The massage settings are customizable too it came pretty much assembled. I ordered this chair as a Christmas present for my boyfriend who has trouble with slipped discs. He loves it so much, it’s hard to get him out of the chair! It’s very therapeutic for all areas from the neck down to the feet. Now we fight over who gets to use it. Very good value for the price.

The whole family loves this chair! It’s not overly bulky, the wheels on the bottom make it easy to move. The control panel is easy to use and adjust settings. We do however put a thin pillow behind our backs when we want less pressure from the back rollers, they are pretty intense and there is not much cushion in the back area. But overall it’s a great massage chair!
