I hope everyone can do their own research and buy this mask :) I read many reviews and some of these masks that are being advertised on Amazon do not cover the nose, or have less options than this one. I am really glad I went with this one. I've had it for a few days but noticed improvements after the first default 9 min treament: the skin is much tighter, the pores have been reduced DRAMATICALLY (my pores are normally huge), skin feels smoother and less inflamed. I cannot wait for the long term results and very excited about the purchase!!

Was skeptical of paying price for mask but after seeing it at store in Atlanta, was sold. Super comfortable and able to adjust easily for various family members. Extra eye shields are perfect. Love that it also covers neck and chest area without extra devices. Had to recharge after 2 weeks of using daily by two people. After just few weeks, face looks and feels so much softer. Will continue to use to see results after 30+ days. So far 10/10

I was so excited to get this and start using it, but it's a disappointment. It's very heavy and gives me a headache and leaves deep marks in my face after using, two of which were on my upper eye lids, which is definitely not an area I wish to damage any more than the skin there already is. I have to try and hold it off my face so it's not resting on my skin. For $600, the design shouldn't be this poor. Also, the massage is pretty lame, and that was one of the main reasons I purchased it, so I just turn the massage off. Also, what a pain to have to go through all three cycles automatically by default. The blue is for acne, so I shouldn't have to even mess with it. I should just be able to use the red and infrared, and not have to keep turning it off as soon as it changes to the blue automatically. Then turning it back on to use the red and infrared, turn off the massage again, and then turn off right when it switches to blue. I'm going to try to return. Thank goodness for Amazon's easy returns.

My husband bought this for me as a Christmas gift. I have been using for a week and have noticed a change in the texture of my facial skin. I doubt anyone else would notice yet, but it does feel tighter and smoother. The massage is very relaxing too. For me it’s a great way to unwind every evening and hopefully the results will be noticeable to others soon.

The media could not be loaded. I have a lot of red light devices I've tried. I didn't expect this one to be special, beyond it's unique shape (vs a flat mask that's strapped on). But I was wrong. This is by far my favorite. It doesn't require any assembly other than connecting the straps which is straightforward. Easy to charge with the provided cable. It comes with a half-moon style stand that holds the mask in an upright position, assuming you have the counterspace for it to sit that way. WHen the mask is on, only the eye cups are in contact with my face (and the straps in contact with my head). That's nice because my face doesn't get sweaty and the mask stays cleaner. There's a button on the side that, when pressed, takes the mask through a nine minute session with red, red+infrared, and blue lights and provides a head massage via the straps. I expected the massage aspect to by more of a hype thing but found it is very relaxing, though it's also a bit loud. Not bad if you're wearing the mask to relax but if you're wearing it while, say, watching tv or listening to music, you may have to turn up the volume. The ease of use and ability to fit in a nine minute session with no cords or wires will make this my go-to device. Now I just need to figure out where to store it so that's it's easily accessible but also out of the way. So why not five stars? The price. That's it. As much as I like it I don't know that I would recommend someone pay that much, certainly not as an introduction to red light therapy. But for someone who already uses red light and wants to up their game and for whom money isn't an issue, this is a great device.

I really wanted to love the TheraFace Mask, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. For the price, I expected something that felt premium and actually delivered noticeable results. Instead, the mask feels bulky and uncomfortable to wear, especially during longer sessions. The vibration feature is more annoying than relaxing, and it doesn’t feel like it adds any real benefit. After using it consistently, I saw zero improvement in wrinkles, dark spots, or skin texture. The red and blue lights sound impressive in the description, but in reality the results were underwhelming. The mask also doesn’t fit securely, leaving gaps where the light doesn’t even reach the skin evenly. For something this expensive, the build quality and effectiveness should be much better. Overall, this was a waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reliable LED device—this one does not live up to the hype.
