I was skeptical. I thought it looked ugly. ā€œEw. I couldnā€™t be one of those people. Iā€™m cool. Iā€™m young. This clashes with my decor. My grandparents use this. Iā€™m okay with running around the house trying to find my 4 different chargers with different charging ports to charge my devices. ā€œ Then my bf moved in and started hijacking my chargers. I bought an Apple Watch and didnā€™t use it very often because it was inconvenient to take the adapter back from him. I dropped hundreds of dollars to be my own little tamagotchi and I didnā€™t even use the darn thing! I said ā€œenough is enough. Iā€™m tired of all of my devices dying and/or being dead. He can keep all of those little cords because Iā€™m going to get a dock.ā€ I placed my order. Merry Christmas to me. the package came in same day. I was so excited I put it together right away and for once my AirPods, my Watch and my iPhone were all charged and ready to go for the next day! Omg what a concept! I love this little dock so much! But now my bf is using my dock so I guess i have to buy him one now too šŸ˜© TLDR; Itā€™s been working perfectly these last couple of months it charges my devices quickly and nothing is overheating or complicated just read the instructions. This wirelessly charged my phone and watch, unable to figure out wireless on AirPods-but has connected charging. For my iPhone 12 Max it only charged on in landscape, not the tall portrait mode. Things to be aware of: (1) The wire path for the Apple Watch charger has a very tight opening into the backside cover, I had to remove some plastic to avoid pinching the cable too tight. (2) The video shows starting the hidden wiring with the wire going through two end loops at the top and the bottom, but in reality, you only feed it through one per end at a time, if you look at the directions or to the video (when complete), you will see that they feed it through the wire guide and then in between two guides to go back to the top/bottom. Not a big issue, but helps to be aware. Also, the wire guides are snug, so the wire will not just flop out, If you are using an aftermarket wire that is thinner, this will not be noticeable. (3) For my iPhone 12 Max, I could only get it to charge when laying the wide (landscape) direction, it appears the charging pad does not align otherwise. (4) The included adapter looks to be of solid quality and is a quick charge type that adjusts output to need. It is 15 watts, which if all three devices are charging will be a little slower since I think the phone can take up to 15-wats on its own. For me, this goes on my desk to reduce the number of power cycles. (5) Traveling, since this doesn't collapse, it might be more difficult to protect during traveling. This station looks sleek and I loved it. The lights at the bottom were nice looking. Phone charging part took just one plug to work. Thatā€™s where all of the positives end. The watch charger is NOT included. In addition, it needs a USB import, so you canā€™t use the original charger with the mini USB. So I had to order a separate charger. Fine, but then you have to take the time to snake the cord as pictured to get it to fit under the top to not show. It was a pain! I would think the tight turns would quickly damage the cord so youā€™d have to change it somewhat frequently. After all of that, I did finally get the magnetic piece for the watch into the appropriate spot. However, itā€™s in a plastic cover, and the magnetic piece is at a 90 degree angle, so you have gravity working against you. The magnetic piece is just not strong enough to hold the watch up. In addition, the plastic piece really did cover the magnetic piece and it was not an effective charger. All in all, I do not recommend this charging station. Find one that includes everything and charges your watch on a flat base. UPDATE 3/12/22 Customer service is great. After my poor review, the company reached out to apologize. They advised they switched manufacturers, and offered to send one to me to try. I already had one I liked from someone else, but was up for trying it again. The look of this is the same, and thatā€™s great because I loved it to begin with. This new one came with one charger, and you no longer need a separate USB Apple Watch charger! Now, instead of running the cord in the compartment, this is a two second set up that you just need to plug in! Another thing I didnā€™t like about the first one, was that the watch holder is vertical, and you had to close the watch around it to stay. On this one, it is a quality magnet and holds effortlessly! Lastly, for those who have the OG air pods (first generation) this works great! My other stand only works for 2 generation or newer, so I couldnā€™t use it for them. I donā€™t have this problem on this one. I am extremely happy with the product, and it feels like the seller does care about the product quality, and I can just tell by the improvements in the newer product! I recommend now! ... show more

Not great, stopped charging my phone in about six months. It says it is charging but my phone gets no charge. We bought two and the second one is still working fine. I like the design of the product and charges my watch fine. My other issue is that I have to take my AirPod case out of the cover to put on charger the lightning connector for that is not high enough to connect if you keep a cover on your AirPod case Update: I contacted this company via Amazon, and they would not work with me unless I could send them videos showing my device wasn't charging. Well it looks like it is charging but it is not, because my device sits on this charger all night and has no additional charge the next day. As I mentioned I purchased two of these. The other one works fine (for now) so I know it is not my phone or watch that is a problem. So then I posted my honest review of the product and now I am getting an email every couple days (from a personal email account, not a company email account, nothing whatsoever identifying that this is a legit person) saying they will refund me in full, they will send me a new product, etc. if only I take this review down. 1. they should not be contacting me via a personal email, they had their opportunity to make it right when I contact them legitimately via Amazon. 2. the best way they could have had me remove or update this review would have been to work with me via Amazon in a legit manner when I reached out to them, as that would have been a legitimate and positive experience. ... show more

Final Updaye: March 11, 2020: I've been using this device now since I was shipped the replacement. Here are my final thoughts on it. The product works well. I currently use this in my office to charge my phone during the day. Originally I was planning to use the on my nightstand next to my bed, but to me, it wasn't suitable for this purpose because of the lights in the base which are bright in the dark. You can turn them off, but then you won't know if your phone is charging. There are two colors, Green & Blue. Solid green is fully charged, and a slow pulsing blue means the phone is charged. If you place the phone on the charger incorrectly, the lights will flash fast to alert you to adjust the phone. The lights are cool looking and very handy, but, if like me, you can't sleep with flashing lights in the dark, it might not be a good choice in the bedroom. There is a switch to turn them off, but then you won't know if the phone isn't charging, and you might wake up to a dead phone in the morning....not good if you use it as an alarm! The bottom line. Any company can have a device that doesn't work, but the customer service was quick to replace it, and the replacement works very well in my office, I use it everyday. If you are looking for a charger for your bedroom and the flashing lights bother you, then this might not be the correct option for you. UPDATE: Feb 4, 2020: After posting my review below, I was contacted by a representative of the company who apologized for my troubles. She offered to make it right, but I explained that I returned the item back to Amazon. They offered to send me another one on them. I took them up on that thinking that itā€™s possible to get a defective item from any company, and since this wouldnā€™t cost me anything, Iā€™d have nothing to lose, especially because I loved the device before it stopped working. Since getting and setting it up, it has been working great. I use it on my desk to keep my phone charged during the day and so far, itā€™s working perfectly. It looks nice on my desk, and because itā€™s not in my bedroom, I can now use the lights on it which shows me when itā€™s charging or finished charging. Great All-in-One Concept, But Failed After Only 8 Months I purchased this charging station to help organize my nightstand and simplify charging my phone, Apple Watch, and AirPods all in one spot. For the first several months, it was fantastic. It looks clean, keeps cables tidy, and everything charged reliably. Initial Pros (For the first 8 months): ā€¢ Excellent space-saving design. ā€¢ Charged all three devices simultaneously without overheating. ā€¢ Aesthetically pleasing and kept my area organized. The Major Issue: Unfortunately, after exactly 8 months of daily use, the main charging padā€”the one for the phoneā€”suddenly stopped working entirely. It no longer recognizes my phone (an iPhone 14 Pro, which it charged perfectly before) or any other device placed on it. The Apple Watch and AirPods charging spots still function, but the primary function of the device is now useless. For a product designed to be an integral part of daily life, 8 months is a very short lifespan. Overall: If you need a reliable charging solution, I would advise caution.
