I inserted this product into the front opening of the fireplace and, voila, I now have an attractive very realistic visual “fire” and eliminated the pesky other fireplace problems. This product produces a very realistic “fire”, is attractive, is easy to install, and appears to be quite well constructed. It was well packaged and arrived undamaged – an important consideration because the front is all glass. The unit has a heating element, but I don’t use this feature. The remote control works well. I believe you receive value when you purchase this product. Additional note: Since purchasing this insert, I have purchased two more 36 inch models. They are simple to install and look and work great. Construction in all three is robust and the product works well. Additionally, and very important, all arrived without occult damage from shipping which is testimony to packaging care.

My husband and I love this fireplace and use it all the time. We got so lucky with the size as it fits perfectly into our fireplace opening. We just slid it right into the space, and that was it. I use it every it day in the winter to prevent my large Gas heater form running all the time. Gas bills are to high. I have solar panels so this new fireplace cost us nothing to run. Love this unit. Once you set it with the remote control it is automatic and smart. it will automatically blow cool for a few seconds on the heating element to prevent kids from getting hurt.

The media could not be loaded. This review is based upon just receiving it and turning it on and off and kind of messing with it it came with a tray and crystals. If you want to switch out the logs, the actual insert is made very well. You can put it in the wall or as an insert in your fireplace I have a very old fireplace that’s quite large. This is 42 inches so we are going to do some adjusting with it, the heater is no louder. In fact, it’s actually quieter than most any other heater that I’ve heard and it stays the same whether it’s on low or high you have flame control some options with color as you can see from the video but first day opening it up putting it in I’m giving it a five star. I’ll let you know if that changes after some time, but I’m extremely happy with this purchase.
