This stuff is like beauty sleep in liquid form—literally! I take it every night and wake up feeling refreshed and looking just a little more radiant. Make sure you shake the bottle very well. I usually take two capsules before bed and I honestly love the taste, even though I’m very picky. It’s a smooth flavor. I do feel like I’m starting to see a difference in my skin in the mornings and I’m hoping I will be seeing long lasting results. It’s a pretty decent size bottle that should last for the month however it is a little pricey.

I been taking it for a couple of weeks, has a smoothie taste , thick texture but not bad. I can’t say it has helped with wrinkles but I get the best night sleep . I can see a difference in my skin just in the last 2 weeks of using this item. I don't use it daily. I use it after intense workouts and about a half an hour before bed. The minerals really help me to sleep as well. There is a reason why they call it beauty sleep
