This is simply a fantastic blender! I purchased this to match a couple of the other items in the collection and I am super pleased! I’m using this for smoothies, the crushed ice and frozen fruit, and it works well. It’s super powerful, easy to use, and blends quickly. The jar lifts off easily, and comes apart with just a twist for cleaning. But what I really recommend about this is how powerful it is for the nice size. It’s not too big in bulky, it’s not super loud, it’s the perfect combination of size and power. It’s also nice looking on your counter, and matches the toaster that I purchased. I like that they sit nicely together and are well designed. It has great features that I like, easy to use preset touchscreen that disappears when not in use. Simple controls that are understandable, and a nice big carafe that sealed tight so there’s no mess. It’s a strong blender at a really great price, I’m super pleased, and totally recommend. Update after another week of using… the presets are great, thoughtful and the smoothie setting is great - crushes ice, blends smoothly and works great. This blender is fantastic! The size and design are simple and tasteful. The blender is very easy to use and ver powerful without being too loud. Easy cleanup as well. I love the blue finish I chose. I highly recommend this Martha Stewart Blender, it;s a good thin!

The media could not be loaded. I LOVE this blender. It crushes ice in seconds, makes the smoothest shakes, and doesn’t bounce around the counter. The controls are simple and intuitive and it is easy to clean and feels durable. Perfect for daily smoothies and meal prep.

The media could not be loaded. This Martha Stewart Kitchen Blender is amazing! I used it to make a protein smoothie and it came out perfect. Powerful for the frozen fruit in my mix. The auto clean button also made this blender extremely easy to clean. this blender for smoothies at home is a must.

This Martha Stewart blender is a bit different than my old countertop blender that was probably designed in the 80s (if not earlier). For one thing, it looks good. But more importantly, it blends well. I personally don't have a need of more than a 50oz blender jar - but for reference, a half-gallon is 64 ounces, so it holds less than that. I was concerned that it only has a few speeds, and I was confused about the presets. My old blender had over a dozen speeds! But I've found that I don't need the speeds. I also don't use the presets, but you may. Maybe I'm not smart enough for them or something. Anyway, I can gladly recommend this blender to anyone who doesn't want to have to hide theirs away like an 80's eyesore. It is a good-looking, versatile and functional blender. ... show more

This is the first blender I have ever owned. I have used plenty of them but for most of my life I have just gotten by with one of those handheld immersion blender things. The biggest gripe I had with that is making smoothies could get messy really, really quick if you were not careful and there always felt like there was a risk of losing a finger when trying to blend anything close to the surface. To say I was happy to see this come up for review was putting it lightly. First of all, this is huge. Way bigger than I was expecting looking at the pictures. It is so big It just barely fits under my counter, but I have to angle it to clear the lip of the cabinets. This is not like blenders I have used in the past that just had a row of buttons (or just one button) to do the functions. Here you have this dial thing and a bunch of options to choose from. Most of the options are automatic modes that you just select and it does it's thing. The only one of those I have tried so far is the smoothie mode, but it did not work so well for me. I ended up mostly using the pulse mode. I think it might have been my fault that it did not work so well though, I put the ice at the bottom and I should have put my fruit at the bottom because it basically just made thick ice cream and nothing would slide down. The one automatic mode that I have also tried was the auto clean... and that works amazingly well. It was actually kind of frightening as it keeps accelerating faster and faster. It did an incredible job of cleaning out the carafe getting water even up into the lid. Very impressed. Overall I am really, really impressed with the blender so far. It has a crazy amount of power and a huge carafe and is really really easy to clean. I am super stoked to have this in my kitchen and look forward to making tons of drinks, smoothies and broths in the future. ... show more
