The rocker is also designed to challenge players balance and to activate the stabilizer muscles in order to improve on-ice skating performance. SIZING CHART We use Bauer and CCM skate sizes as reference. Please note that a Skate Size is not the same as a US Shoe Size. E.g. Senior Skate Sizes generally fits 1.5 sizes down from a US Shoe Size. Please note, when fitting a Small O1 frame to a Skate Size 2 or 2.5, the frame will be slightly bigger than the boot. However, skaters will still benefit from the Flow Motion Technology.
