I have to say this queen bed frame is one of the easiest pieces of furniture I've ever put together. It comes unassembled in a box that measures roughly 5' x 2' x .5", and just under 70 pounds. Two of us assembled it - although I think either of us could have easily done it alone. It took us about an hour because we go at these things in a super methodical way (reading through the instructions first, counting all the parts) and because we're peope who aren't as agile as we were when we were young). 😂 The instructions are crystal clear. Everything is numbered for your convenience, and none of the pieces on their own are all that heavy. Once put together the frame feels very sturdy, and doesn't shift or sag when you add the mattress and sit or lie on it. There's only about a 6" clearance under the bed, so you're only going to be able to store things like an extra leaf from your dining room table, some of those shallow, cloth under-bed storage containers, etc. The fabric is a kind of woven textured material, and a medium gray that looks exactly like the photos in the product description. Five solid stars, and I recommend.

We have family members that come to visit us every now and again so I have been trying to get one of our guest rooms in order instead of having them sleep on an air mattress in the basement. I was in need of a queen bed frame and wanted something that matches the room theme and stumbled across this particular one that popped up in my feed. The bed frame itself was super easy to put together. It came with clear instructions and all of the hardware needed for an easy assembly process. Took me about twenty minutes to have it up and ready for a mattress. The head board is definitely the center piece when someone walks into the room. It definitely stands out as the focal point which looks amazing in person. There is also good clearance under the frame for extra storage if needed under the bed. The frame it solid once put together and since a box spring is not needed, I put a nice twelve inch mattress on this bed frame and it feels so comfortable to lay on. I absolutely love it and I know my family guests will as well when they come to visit.

I quite like this bed frame. Having young kids it is a big advantage to have padding all around the bed, since they invariable smack into it. The padding on this particular frame is not ostentatious, but it is enough to provide some soft impact resistance. The gray is a nice handsome shade that will work well in many environments. Assembly is pretty easy, although not quite as easy as an all-metal frame. The hardest part is the process of adding the under-mattress braces. Even then, it is a one person job. Once assembled it takes a thick mattress well.

This upholstered gray platform bed looks way more expensive than it is. The padded headboard is covered in a soft brushed look fabric that is stain resistant. The frame is covered with this fabric on all sides as well as the headboard to give it an elegant look instead of just seeing bed rails. The legs of the bed are a matte finish and blend well with the upholstery. A thicker metal frame with extra center supports makes this bed capable of supporting 1000 pounds. The slats are made of wood so there is no squeaking, and they attach securely with a hook and loop strap system. You do not need a boxspring and any mattress up to a 15” mattress will fit. An added bonus is that you have up to 6” of available underbed storage. This bed really looks nice in our spare bedroom.

Truthfully I was a bit apprehensive when ordering this product as the description was a tad jumbled. It used the terms “queen” and “twin” in the write ups which gave concern. But the ‘queen’ was referenced more and the size was consistent with what I’d expect. It comes in a huge, heavy, well-packed box. Each piece -there are many- is numbered with a green label. I was immediately put at ease when they indicated the EXTRA bolt—I dislike having extras at the end of a project! This is such a well-thought out sturdy design and I could not be happier with the results!
