For the price I'm very happy with my purchase. The item arrived earlier than anticipated but the mattress arrived a day later. I have the standard size bed. It was fairly easy to put together. It would be better to have two people but somehow this 69 year old lady (lol) put this together by myself. I only needed help bringing the box into the house as it is very heavy. The mechanics have been working well so far. I like the USB ports on each side of the bed plus an attached pouch to keep your cell phone or the remote in. I purchased the 10" mattress and have had no problems with it. In fact the first night I slept on this bed I slept for 6 hours straight which is incredible for me as I usually toss and turn and wake up several times a night. My sleep quality was great. Some reviews say this mattress is too firm but I find it comfortable. The instructions say not to sit on the end or the head of the bead so when I get up I sit on the edge in the middle. You can feel the mattress adjust to your weight so I assume as you lay on it it adjusts to your whole body. This bed feels very sturdy and the noise level is relatively quiet when adjusting up and down. The remote is very easy to use too. There is a light under the bed that can be controlled from the remote for those times you need to get up at night but don't want to turn on a bright light. I find this useful. However, if you plan on storing things under the bed you may block the light since it is in the center underneath the bed. You can install the legs to one of 3 heights. If you decided to change the height at a later time you will have to remove the mattress to tip the bed over to unscrew one of the rods from each leg so I would decide on a height before installing it. I did not have to call customer service so I cannot answer to how their service is. I've only had this bed for a few weeks but so far it's doing what it's supposed to do and I am very happy with it, especially not breaking the bank to purchase it. I would recommend it to my friends.

Investing in the Queen Adjustable Bed Base has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for improving my sleep quality. After a full year of daily use, it continues to operate flawlessly, just as it did on day one. The bed base is easy to assemble thanks to clear, well-written instructions. While the frame is sturdy and fairly heavy—so assistance may be helpful—I was able to assemble it on my own. One feature I particularly appreciate is the remote, which is attached by a long cord. I love this bed, I sleep sooo much better now. Not too hard to setup & at the frame & mattress cost 60% of what the local furniture stores wanted for just the basic adjustable frames w/out the mattress.

This frame could use some clips or blockers to keep the mattress from moving to the sides besides the one it comes with on the front. Other than that, this frame is great. Noise isn't an issue since you only adjust while you awake. The size fits my mattress perfectly. Assembly was a breeze. Sleep quality comes with the adjustability, you tweak it until you find your happy spot.

Good quality functionality of the controls appear to work well the bracket at the end of the bed does not fit securely will need to add stuffing to ensure the bracket will not.

Okay, so let's start with this. After doing about a month's worth of research, we landed on this one. We also upgraded our bed to a new hybrid so that we would have a brand new set up. This thing is heavy. And I mean it. However, it does come in two separate boxes so it is easier for set up. They link together very easily and set up took us maybe 5 minutes total. Instructions for the remote use weren't necessary until you wanted to link the remote to both bases. Since we have a regular king and not a split, we linked the bases so they move simultaneously instead of independently. Best thing we could have done. We also use the preset options for our bed. We have #1 for sleep and #2 for watching TV in bed. Makes it extremely easy for when we want to go from tv mode to sleep mode. Just push a button and it is ready to go. The base is kind of quiet for a base and it moves fairly quickly. Our dogs don't like the massage because of how loud it is so we don't use that but when we first tried it, it was just vibrating the bed. It didn't seem like it would be useful. All in all. Would buy again. Had it for 2 months so far.

Love love love this bed! Definitely needed help getting it inside, very heavy. But it was super easy to put together very little to do and works beautifully! The best mattress I’ve ever had , the best sleep I’ve ever had and I haven’t slept in a real bed for 8 years!
