This product was a couple days late in shipping. However, it was very easy to put together and these are the best directions I’ve ever used. The fireplace works wonderfully and it looks great. I would recommend this product for anyone.

The product came with a damaged top shelf and a big dent in the fireplace part. I contacted customer service to replace just those parts and they sent me a whole new one. We love it, it’s so sturdy and the heater is really good. Very functional, highly recommend!

I really like this piece. It isn’t the most solid wood, but it’s not the worst either. After all put together, I see a huge safety sticker on the side. It’s a permanent sticker. We tried everything to get the sticker off. As you can see, it pulled the finish off. I understand a safety warning, but I don’t have children and am smart enough to use the safety straps provided if I wanted to. Now, this unit cannot be put where I originally had planned because that’s the side that will be seen. I have to now try to match the color and purchase a repair kit. This really disappointed me about this piece. Put the safety sticker in the back where it isn’t seen. If it wasn’t so much trouble, I would send this back. I’m sure there are other similar units that don’t have a giant sticker on the unit in plain view.

The media could not be loaded. I love this product but trying to get help for it has been a pain. It took a while to put together so I would Rather not return it especially because I love it . But I have had it a month and it will randomly make that clicking sound you can hear in the video - has anyone else had this problem ? Is it a defect or can I fix it?

I was very surprised, not only did it arrive 2 days early. It came all in 1 box (including fireplace). They took great care in packaging ( partial board around all sides and styrofoam to protect it). The stand is very sturdy and looks amazing in my apartment living room. The fireplace puts off good heat, fire looks very real ) I waited a long time to find the perfect tv stand with fireplace and THIS IS IT!!
