I have a stack of 7 pillows by my bed and on any given night, I rotate between at least 3 or 4 of them to get any sleep at all. I have slept on only one pillow for the last week and it is the Marlow pillow! It has been a game-changer for me. I don't know if it's the material or the adjustability, but it has given me the ability to sleep through the night without changing pillows several times. I am using it with both sides unzipped. It is still firm, but not hard. It supports my head, neck and shoulders and I don't have to move around to stay comfortable. It has been months since I have awakened without pain, so I am very grateful to have found this pillow! It is very good quality and at even its regular price point is worth a try. I believe that if I get to a point where I can sleep on my side again, the pillow will be equally comfortable. We really like the versatility with the firmness. That is an excellent and effective feature. If you are looking for cooling, this is a disappointment. It feels cool only very temporarily. Once your head is on the pillow for a minute or two, the cooling has ceased.

Normally everything I buy lately I have good things to say but I need to be honest. I needed a new pillow because I have serious pillow problems. I'm a side sleeper and if my pillow is too hard I get horrible, horrible migraines. I was excited to get this pillow because I heard nothing but good things. First night with it.... migraine. Wasn't a good sign. It has gotten better these past few nights but it isn't super soft when you unzip both sides. It's not cooling either not compared to the Space pillow I got years ago. All in all of you like a good firm pillow that is not cooling then this is the pillow for you. For me, not so much. I will continue sleeping on my giant soft squishmallow for now ... show more

I don’t recommend this pillow for the price it has done the exact same thing as any of my $10 or less pillows. I have both sides zipped for the “firm” option. I let the pillow fluff up for 24 hours before using it; after sleeping on it for 5 days you can tell in the pictures the slope of the pillow not holding up. I still can return pillow but don’t have original packaging otherwise I totally would. DO NOT PURCHASE. I still wake up with a sore neck. ... show more
