I am thoroughly impressed with this. There's so much you can do with this and it comes with everything you need. Sure it's not as smooth as a smith machine at the regular gym, but a for gym, it's great. Keep in mind I'm not just a casual lifter, i'm an IFBB Pro, so i take fitness very serious. It's a steal at $189, the other option is by bulletproof fitness and theirs is $900 and it doesn't include everything this one does. Man i was so skeptical, but i'm glad i pulled the trigger. I have included video on this.

Came with missing nut to secure the stop to rack i had to get one from Lowes and on top of that the way that it catches the j hook is flawed and to long it also has to much play on the bar it self

Good idea, but execution needs refinement.

It's a clever idea but just not executed well. The tracks often don't move together smoothly so the effect ends up being rather jenky. You'll need to jerry rig this quite a bit to get it to work smoothly.

The movement of the device has a decent amount of friction. Not unusable, but needs to be considered. Interchanging this and j clips for bench press are a bit of a pain Does ok to pretty well so giving 3 stars.
