Description

Red lumber crayon 200 wax-based marker. Marking range from -20 degree F to 150 degree F (-28 degree C to 66 degree C). All-purpose marker for all surfaces. More economical, longer lasting than ordinary wax crayons. 1/2" hex shape resists breakage and stays put without rolling onto the floor. The new fluorescent colors work well with the new computerized, scanner-equipped, cut- off saws. 200 - softer crayon marks easily in cold climates. Weather- resistant, fade-resistant colors. Lead-free, non-toxic. Ideal for lumber, concrete, metal, plastic, rubber, ceramics, cardboard, smooth or rough surfaces, construction materials, utility poles, surveyor stakes, sewer and water pipe equipment, paper marking.

These are decent lumber crayons for the price. They are wax based and have worked well on pretty much everything I've' tried them on so far, such as rubber, wood, concrete, metal, paper and cardboard. I also use these for layout and marking metal for cutting and as tire markers to outline air leaks from nail and screw punctures. I got them in yellow and find that the bright color stands out nicely. Overall, as far as lumber crayons and general purpose markers go they work fine and the price per dozen here on Amazon is also the best I have found to date. ... show more

    • If you’re looking for permanent type marking you’ll need to search out genuine paint stick products.

Not like a paint stick . Too dry, rubs off in the weather. Have to keep marking the area.
