First, it’s very well packaged. I was amazed at how flat the carpet lays after being rolled up during the shipping process. I ordered brown & used this carpet to cover a 6’x14’ foot concrete slab porch that’s completely outdoors. I do hope the advertisement of the waterproof tpe backing holds true because that was my main decision factor with making the purchase. Easy install, quality made marine carpet and seems very durable, edges are straight and color is as advertised. The carpet is easy to work with and cut, and in my opinion the thickness is just right for outdoor use. The length was about 6 inches longer than advertised ( I measured 4 times ) and although better than too short; I was disappointed with having to trim. Still deserve five stars. Due to carpet laying flat and the tpe backing - everything worked like a charm with the use of carpet adhesive.

This is a decent grade carpet for certain uses. It is a little thinner than I expected but will work fine. The pile is not too deep or plush. The big test will be how it holds up over time. I am making the floor mats from the same carpet too.

Ordered 2 there was a slight difference in blue color between the two. Used for floor in our sun room. Was easy to cut to fit put weights on end until it would lay down as it comes rolled. Would buy again.

I didn't buy this carpet for use on a boat or deck like many others have. My dog is currently having surgery (TPLO) on his second knee. This surgery requires very specific postoperative restrictions, including confining him to a small space for 8 weeks with nothing to jump on and non-slip surfaces. Well, my house doesn't have carpeting... and the last time he had knee surgery and we confined him to our small galley kitchen with a couple of runner rugs, he decided to regularly wad them up and / or flip them over on a regular basis. This time around, we opted to find something that would essentially cover most of the kitchen floor and that would be a bit harder for him to take his "confinement frustration" out on. This carpet was easily trimmed to the shape of the kitchen, without any fraying of edges or messy fluff. It vacuums easily and grips the clean tile well. Its backing, however, does not adhere well to rug tape - but not really a big deal. It is much cheaper and more durable than an area rug of the same size. Overall, this is a great option for temporary carpet for the next 8 weeks.

The carpet was a decent quality, a little on the thin side but not bad. My gripe is, a huge piece of it was missing! Not sure if it was a return from a previous customer or if it just wasn’t cut right on the sellers end but nonetheless, I was not happy! I ordered 5x20 ( the exact length I needed) and that’s not what I got. Not recommending.
