I bought this shampoo after googling “shampoo for fine hair”. I really like it, it cleans my hair without making it feel stripped or by adding a waxy thickener. My only complaint is the way it was shipped: the first time was great, no spillage. This most recent time they put it in one of those plastic envelopes and it the lid snapped open, so the shampoo spilled inside. That’s a really simple thing to prevent: just tape over the lid. I didn’t ask for a refund this time because I only lost a little bit of product, but if it happens again I absolutely will and I’ll find another seller. This stuff ain’t cheap! ... show more

I really like this volume shampoo. I have thin and fine hair and this helps with volume without feeling sticky or dry. It doesnt have super lather, but that's the point of being sulfate free. I have been using this for about a year and will continue.
