Here are a few more reasons to like this solar panel… Pro’s • Very portable with a slim profile it folds up like a laptop. • 2 amp charging capability, with this amount of juice you can fully charge your devices quickly under good sun light. • Solidly made, once handle correctly it would last for a long time. • Ideal for outdoor adventures like a day on the beach, camping and hiking. • A must have for emergency use during extended black outs like after a natural disaster, to keep all of your devices powered up and ready for use. • Large holding pouch, which will keep your power banks out of the sun while charging. The M82 M82MAX Portable Power Station is a great buy...and my bundle let me hit a home run. I have not used the panels yet...but inspected them. They are well-made... and an fold up for storage without enabling them to be damaged. It really has not been overly sunny this winter and although I live in Florida I wanted to wait for a sunny spring day to try them out.

I installed this in a bedroom window that faces the sun from 7am till 5 pm all day. Tested with iPhone amperes lite. This tells you how good your charger is. Tested with usb wall charger first and it says 19.85 watts on wall charger. I then Tested the panel directly. With iPhone charger hooked directly into panel. At 10am in the winter one day it says 2.86 watt and it took all day to charge my phone up about 30%. Tested the next day that was super sunny. Could see the sun shining into panels and labels hot to touch. 5.59 watts. So in winter let’s say you get 50% what you would in the summer. So that 12 watts in summer also im using this inside. i was informed and notified that window glass will block 50-60% of the power. I looked it up and that is indeed true so if you double that number again you get 24 watts approx. This wont work for me inside the house as i intended but For camping this might be good

Not a bad product, but insufficient power generation for my needs. I calculated ~13W effective generation into my battery pack at peak sunlight hours with my battery pack reading a peek of 19W. Granted, it’s nearly winter where I’m at so this isn’t an absolute surprise but except for a few hours of the day the panel was unable to effectively charge anything despite reading outputs ranging 12W-19W. Connector inclusion and carabiners were nice and the build felt sturdy. This product would probably do well during summer months in more northern latitudes but not during lat fall/winter. To note: the voltage on USBC varies between 11V-12V which does not make battery packs/iphones/etc. happy.
