This is a cool set up, just a couple quirks
Overall, it's well made and very sturdy. Just felt that the seat installation could have been easier to get to the underside and I'd have made the gearshift plate a bit more flexible — For my son, I'd like to lower it a bit and have more options on the screw holes. Overall, I'm happy with it though.

Rigid, comfortable, adjustable for someone of average height (6ft./182.88cm.)
The frame is strong. Complete it's not too heavy for me to easily move around. And it's pretty rigid so you have good control while driving the sim. It has holes in the mounting areas that lineup with my particular steering wheel/pedal combo. (Nothing real fancy or expensive, just beginner really, it's the Logitech G920 along with the Logitech G Driving Force Shifter). It has 8 rubber feet that protect hardwood floors. I was able to mount the shifter in a reasonably comfortable position. The same goes with the pedals and steering wheel. Keep in mind I'm (6ft./182.88cm) tall. The seat is plush, similar to a slightly coarser velvet. It adjusts forward and back much like an automobile car seat. The back rest also tilts forward and back enough degrees for me to be in a reasonably comfortable position. As far as durability goes, time will tell. ;-) I'll try to get back to you with that information, especially if it's a short interval. The only bad thing in my opinion is that I would have liked more flat washers, I like them on both sides of the nut and bolt. And I would have liked split lock-washers included. But that's an easy fix at the local hardware store. Locking swivel castors would have been a great option for rolling it away easily for storage, while being able to lock it down while running the simulator. For me, overall I believe, for such an item in today's market, it's a good buy for the money. Of course remember that my opinion is subjective, being dependent upon my size and possibly my ability to adapt to ever varying conditions, as I am a vet. Some people are tough and some aren't, it's up to each individual to decide what their own capabilities are. As Dirty Harry said: 'a man's got to know his limitations.' ;-) Oh sorry, that goes for women too! ;-)

Works well
I bought this as a gift for my husband and my son. They both say it is comfortable and enjoy using it for Grand Turismo. It was simple to put together and is sturdy enough for adult use.

Mobility in limited space - Add casters
I want to be able to move this Sim so I added eight 1 1/2” casters. Bought on Amazon - Just make sure you pull it, don’t push it. Works well on carpet. I haven’t tried on solid floor but should work well. Now I can easily move the Sim to watch a movie- Marada should add a caster option. Also get M8 threaded casters.
