I love these rugs for our RV—they came in a size that we could use in front of the door and at the sink. They are easily washed and dried; vacuum/shake easily and in a pinch can be rinse with a hose. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on rugs for in/out of the RV and yet I wanted design & texture. I ordered two of these for my kitchen: one at the side-door entrance into the room, and another for in front of the sink area. I noticed my vinyl flooring at the side-door entrance was getting pretty dirty no matter how well I cleaned off my shoes and boots (it seemed that way, anyway), so placing one of these rugs there has meant I can launder the rug instead of getting down to scrub my floor quite so often. And having the other rug under my sink area is convenient for comfort and keeping everything clean, as well. These are very pretty rugs, with lovely colors and patterns. I love these (2) rugs for my bathroom. The only reason I’m not doing 5 stars is because I wish the back padding was thicker to give a softer and more lush padded feeling once you walk on the rug. The pictures on the web are completely accurate in colors which are beautiful. I will order more Maples rugs in the future. This one is a winner!! ... show more

Beautiful rug. I am very pleased, and the colors are much more vibrant in person. It is non-slip and lays flat right out of the box and very absorbant of spills.. very soft feel to the surface. And I love that it is made in the USA.

I purchased this kitchen carpet to replace a thicker rug that ended up being a really huge trip hazard. This rug is thinner and as of yet, not a single person has rolled or tripped on it. It's really perfect. Washes up nicely in the washing machine. I hang it dry - but says it can be tumbled on low. Honestly I purchased 1 to just try it and then went back and bought a second for backup. With the rubber like backing - it stays put. Nice, thin profile - no tripping. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.
