Beautiful fountain. It does spit water a bit. If the water pump had a speed control, I would have turned it down. However, it doesn’t. So I added obstructions that slightly disrupt the flow of water. I happen to have some extra shells; so, it looks great. It slows it just enough to stop the spitting. WARNING: don’t put something in the top. It can cause the water to flow over the back. Found out the hard way.

Took a picture further away so you can see how big it actually is, it is beautiful and the flow of the water is calming. It is actually a nice size and definitely worth the money

I was really excited to get a nice, relaxing waterfall in my office. The sound of water running down the wall into a pool of water. It does none of that, well some of it but it's silent. There is no waterfall sound, no relaxing trickle as the water comes down the wall, there isn't really a pool at the bottom either. The water goes into the machine only to be pumped back up and start again. The pump is not too quiet either. The material it is made of feels like plastic with a rough rocky look. But when you pick it up it weighs nothing. The shell like pieces that are glued on the back part where the water comes down are almost symmetrical, don't look like real seashells at all, and there is so much glue it's almost the entire back is coated in glue with the faux seashells stuck on. The colored light does nothing for relaxations. They are just muted colors that rotate through on the bottom of the unit and don't glow up the waterfall halfway, nor do they turn off ever. I'm not sure what plants you can surround it with. They would have to be miniature ones since succulents are not water lovers. I'm sure there are some out there, I wouldn't know how to place them. So unfortunately this is my serenity gone bad. Others may like it and that's great, this is my opinion. And sorry, for the price I really expected more.

Very easy to setup. The instructions are clear as well. It looks very visually appealing. I would say the drawbacks are it doesn't have an on and off switch, it just turns on when you plug it in and the water disappears pretty quick. I've noticed the water runs out within a day and I won't notice until I go back upstairs when my kids are asleep for the night. If you want to be responsible, I would just unplug it whenever you're done in the area you are sitting.

Ah, what is not to like about a relaxing fountain?! This one is actually pretty decent. Have you ever run across one that is balanced badly, where it sounds just like a faucet has been turned on? Or the bathroom door left open? Not so with this, which was surprising. The sound is soft, you barely notice it's there but it's strangely comforting in the background. I love the light feature also, which has rainbow colors it cycles through. So far, no water loss, but I'll probably have to fill it every other day. It takes about 3 cups of water, so you don't have to worry too much about a bad leak. I haven't seen any leakage though, nor any fountain spray. When I first removed it from the packaging, I thought it might look cheap with the seashell placement. However, once water is flowing over it, it looks just fine. It took a long time to arrive, perhaps a month? It is easy to put together, just be careful when you open the box, little pieces of Styrofoam went everywhere. However, the calmness it immediately provides made up for that, I guess. I think it's a good value; you can literally place it anywhere. I might move it to the nightstand, if you don't like the light, just move some of the provided rocks over it.
