Big fan of this so far. I have a wrist injury and sometimes a bar or even the standard rope can put a lot of unnecessary stress on my wrist. I've only used it a couple of times so far but I'm really excited to figure out all the different uses it'll have.

So far this is a massive improvement for pull downs and face pulls. Very comfortable and opens up full ROM. It doesn't seem to be built really well and I can't imagine the stitching lasting more than a year or 2, but for now it is working. Would give 5 stars for better build quality, but for the price it is what I would expect. Also, I would recommend the two individual straps as they work together well and offer flexibility since they can be separated.

This is the best purchase I got for the arm workouts at the gym. Very comfortable when working out and it allows me to pull more weight because of the design. Now I take it with me every time I go to the gym because I also use it for other exercises like shoulders and back as well.
