Used this tool (along with the duck bill tool shown in the picture) to hold down the tire bead in the drop center opposite the tool head. It was easy to use and didn't slide a lot. The only issue was when the duck bill tool got round to the hold down tool, we had to remove the hold down tool and the tire started sliding around around the rim. I had to hold the tire down while my son finished the tire install. So the tool was a bit too tall for our use, but it otherwise worked as advertised.

Easy to use and really helps with the tire staying into the rim valley.

Does what its supposed to. Mounted my 17-inch performance tires with modified harbor freight tire changer. Without it, I couldn't get them to mount. Just keep pressing the bead into the drop center as you go around and the tire should mount. It's not easy, but can be done thanks to this tool.
