I spent a loooong time searching for the right mannequin for practicing hairstyles. All of them were too expensive with bad reviews. Finally I found this one! She is so pretty and the hair is good quality. One thing I found strange, however, is that the hair was crimped, but the crimps were so tiny and not on every strand of hair, so I don't know if it was just a texture thing and all mannequins are like that or not. It doesn't change the feel of the hair too much though, and it's still nice and silky. I like the strawberry blonde color, and it has slight darker highlights which give it a really pretty look when the light hits her hair. The hair is quite thick, so it is a little hard to manage sometimes, but it's not a big deal. Also, I named her Patricia.🤣 One thing I tried was putting in heatless robe curls overnight, but when I took the headband out the hair was as straight as ever, which never happens in my hair. That was a bit disappointing and I haven't tried using a curling iron on her yet so I don't know how that will turn out, but I hope that works! She also came with a set of eyelashes, which I tried to put on but I know nothing about using fake lashes so I failed miserably. Maybe I was supposed to use tweezers... But she is really pretty without them, so I don't care. I attached a few photos of different styles that I've done. I would highly recommend purchasing this product!

Affordable, minimal shedding, easy to set up on a table or you can buy a stand how I did I used it for a few months to practice braids and gave it to my niece also when you use product in her hair it’s super easy to wash out ! Her hair texture was more fine so it was harder for me to grip the hair but that has nothing to do with the mannequin

I bought this on a sale for my granddaughter who is practicing braiding hair. It is of great quality excellent for practicing. Hair is long and it’s sturdy once placed tightly. She loves it.

The media could not be loaded. In case you're not fully aware, this is not a human hair doll it's a Fiber-Tex doll. That means it is going to be perfect for those learning updo styling or braiding. MAYBE If you're using a pair of shears you don't care about- maybe a few haircuts... (because fake hair can destroy them) otherwise, if you're looking for something that you can do round-brushing, higher heat blowouts or styling that more than low heat might be necessary- this will not be suitable as Fiber-Tex hair is going to melt right off or it's just never gonna hold the style/curl the way human hair would. All things considered especially the cost- & what it's good and will be used for, it's worth it for THAT only.

Would recommend for beginners or those in cosmetology school! I’ve been using this product for a while now and I’ve had no issues with shedding or detangling. The quality of the hair isn’t barbie doll-like, so it’s good to practice with.

I bought this on the premise that it could be curled with a curling iron and that it’s human hair, at least the professed 80%. I’m a hairdresser and this is NOT human hair, and will not curl. Can be used for braiding and that’s it.
