Let me preface this review with the fact that I rarely do reviews and do not like the typical agreement that if you give someone a 5 star review they will give you a free product; that is essentially buying reviews which ultimately skews the search results. This is a genuine review for all of the reasons below. We got this trampoline for my son's 7th birthday and it arrived in three boxes. Assembly was pretty easy; I put it together by myself in about 45 minutes to an hour and referenced the directions a handful of times. My kids loved it and it seemed very sturdy! The net kept my kids from bouncing out several times, including them bouncing into it at full steam. Unfortunately, less than a week after assembling it a severe convective storm blew through our neighborhood and flipped the trampoline into the neighbor's yard, folding it in half. The stakes that are included did little to anchor it (not a complaint; more on that later) and it was damaged considerably. After retrieving all of the pieces and getting an inventory, I realized 5 of the top frame pieces were bent beyond repair and 5 of the lower net frame pieces were damages as well, including the hardware. I contacted the company to see if we could get replacement pieces for the trampoline (not expecting anything for free) and awaited a reply. That night, Lan emailed me for details. Upon providing them, he quickly got the parts I needed in the mail to us, FOR FREE! That is service! Less than a week after the storm our trampoline was reassembled and in perfect shape again! This time I purchased some screw in, spiral type yard anchors and ratchet straps and the trampoline is secured against anything to come. I would definitely recommend buying from this company!

I bought this trampoline about a year ago. My kids absolutely love it it was easy to put together and they play on a constantly. Just recently one of the poles cracked in half. It was one of the pokes that holds the net up by where you get off. This was my kids fault. This was from my kids constantly pulling on it and jumping off from it and hanging on it. I contacted the seller and right away they sent me I have replacement pole within the next few days. May husband was able to replace the pole easily. I am very impressed in how fast and efficient they got back to me and helped me with my problem with no extra charge I highly remarked recommend this trampoline. Their customer service is fantastic!

Product arrived early. All pieces were in the boxes and the boxes arrived fully intact with no damage. All 3 boxes also arrived on the same day (even though I was told they may arrive separately). It took about 2 hours to put it together. The only minor issues I can say are that the bolts that hold the poles for the safety netting are not secure and tight. Even installed properly they are loose and wobble. If you over-tighten them, the wingnuts will snap. Secondly, the hook handle to pull the springs is made of plastic and it snapped with tension. My husband ended up having to improvise and use a paint roller brush and a hammer to get the springs in. If you can, I suggest buying a stronger one or having a backup.

The media could not be loaded. I have never put a trampoline together so this was a first. Okay, so overall it wasn’t as bad as I expected. Hubby and I put together and had a few hiccups. Putting the springs on proved very difficult and the “tool” broke. That was frustrating. Not to mention that we were one spring short in the packaging so I had to order some that thankfully came with another tool. Took us over 4 hours to put it together not considering set backs and waiting for an extra spring in the mail. Kids love it, sturdy, would buy again.

This product has AMAZING customer support. When I first started assembling the trampoline, we had to shift it a few feet (after I attached the springs and jump surface) and the edge rail completely bent past recovery. My fault, but the seller immediately sent out replacement parts. Unfortunately they were not the correct parts, but upon my informing the company of this, they immediately sent out the correct ones - all in two-day shipping at NO COST to me. Once I had the correct parts my friend and I assembled the trampoline fairly quickly. I will advise anyone though of three things: 1) don’t move the trampoline once the edge rail is in place, and if you do, slide the pieces out and don’t move it as one whole unit. 2) when you put the legs into the top rail supports in the very first steps of assembly, CHECK WHICH LEGA HAVE HOLES. This is not stressed in the assembly instructions, so I didn’t even notice. I did notice however when I tried to put up the netting and discovered the legs with holes are the support for the netting, so I had to disassemble the entire structure, carefully swap out the legs to ensure the ones with holes went in the correct order, and reassemble everything. 3) use additional heavy-duty anchors to prevent the frame from bending past repair in high winds. One other consideration is that although the padding covers the springs, but does not secure the inside lip, so if kids bounce close to the padding they can hit their feet on the springs from the pad lifting a little from the surface. I got the 15-ft model so the kids have plenty of room to avoid the edges, but this might be a concern for some parents. It was very frustrating having to assemble this thing three times and disassemble twice - once because of the frame bending, the second time to correct the order of the support legs - but it wasn’t a difficult assembly and the company was very supportive through it all. And honestly those issues were my mistake anyway. Now we have a big and sturdy trampoline that my kids are thoroughly enjoying, even the teenager! I’m very pleased with my selection and hope the family enjoys it for years to come.
